Soto is awesome! When me and my husband came in we told Mr. Soto that we had tried at several other dealers to get a vehicle and we were consistently getting the run around.He assured us that he could make it happen for us. Eddie was my sale rep that was referred to my by Crystal once I made it the location. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and well trained to be a new service representative. I would recommend this location to anyone who I may know. Eddie and William worked really well together as a team. Upon further review with the customer, there was no GAP on her contracts for her final purchases. She is aware of this and working with our GM on any other issues.
