I am rejecting this response because:The dealer had faked a repo. If I was contacted and told to meet them elsewhere with my down payment it was a setup. I did not purchase the vehicle and I gave the keys to a Kia representative not a tow truck. This is false claims. I still have prof there was no repossession I agreed on a date and time to return with the vehicle.

I am rejecting this response because: Camille was not present when my mother was at the dealership on 4/28 therefore she has zero knowledge of what occured. Her statement is false, inaccurate and hearsay. Her statement of what happened when we cam back to the dealership is also INACCURATE and conveniently one sided. Her MANAGER approached US, called my mother stupid, told her she could walk out the door and he could run her over with a car, admitted to adding interest onto the loan but stated "so what it is legal". Camille also failed to mention that her MANAGER told us to leave, get out, get the [redacted] out while screaming at the top of his lungs, pounding his fists violently on the desk between us and she had to come in to the office and remove him. This ocurred in front of the entire dealership, custo mers and all. We called [redacted] out of fear for this person. My mother did not have "words" with the [redacted] nor was she screaming in the dealership or approaching customers. So while this version is convenient, it has little to nothing to do with anything in my written complaint. I STILL have not received my refund for the warranty. It does not address why I was not given the original paperwork for the warranty. It does not address why I was told my credit was only being ran one time, yet there were 10-11 inquiries. We were told by Camilles MANAGER they were going to show us the written credit offers as I believe I am entitled to see, yet when we went into the office to see them, the above mentioned actions took place resulting in us having to call [redacted]. I was told the best interest rate available to me was 18% with 4 yrs on the job, a credit score of over 708 and an established credit history. If this is in fact accurate, what is the problem with showing me the credit offers or "buy rates". I am again requesting full & immediate return of the refund for the warranty in the amount of $2250.00. entitled

The customer had to resign her contract and the bank would not allow GAP insurance on that contract. The copy of GAP she has is not from the second contract. There is no GAP insurance on the retail installment contract that the bank currently has and that she is paying on.

We have reached out to the customer to better understand what he wants, but he has not contacted us back. It has been about a week now.

Our Sales Manager kept this customer updated the entire way of the deal. We were very involved in communicating and will be unable to remove these inquires. Thank you.

Chad at World Kia Joliet was very kind, helpful, and professional. He made an effort to listen to, and answer, all of our questions in a thorough and thoughtful manner. Would recommend to anyone looking into purchasing/leasing a car.

I am rejecting this response because: I specifically asked how many times my credit would be run...

and was told Once.  Nobody ever asked if they could run my credit a 2nd time let alone 9 more times because if I had been "kept in the loop" I would have said No, do not run my credit again.

permisiion to run and obtain my credit report.  Please furnish my permission and signature.  Along with your agreement. It’s be much easier to send a retraction letter since you did not have my permission so I can submit to the credit bureau.

We have had the customer in the store to discuss the issues that she says exist and have explained that there is nothing wrong with the job performed by the tint company and we have nothing further to offer to satisfy her. This complaint was opened after her visit and discussion with our service...

manager regarding her complaints. Thank you.

He was very friendly and a great help to assisting us in the search for the vehicle. Answered all questions that we had and when he didn't know the answer went to go look for the information. Jerry [redacted] was a great help.

At the time of delivery the customer signed an "as is" disclaimer and was aware that we would be unable to pay for a repair a month after the purchase. We would be happy to work with the customer to get this handled at a reduced cost as soon as possible.  Thank you.

Jerry was extremely helpful, this was an extremely difficult time in my family life. Jerry listened to our needs and made what we felt impossible not only possible, but obtainable. Going into new year our family has a great new car and new outlook. We have heard marvelous things about the brand of Kia in the past, I can know attest to all of them. I will recommend Jerry and Kia to all my family members and friends. Once again I would like to say say thank you and job well done, the Kia company has gained a customer for life.

Dontrell, was awesome. I walked in and was greeted with a smile and a hand shake. Dontrell answered all of my questions and concerns. I'm very excited and happy with my decision to do business with Dontrell.

I would recommend World Kia Joliet to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle. They are very professional and friendly!
