[redacted]   We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced with your Presidential Dollar Collection.   Rest assured, the service you received is not typical of...

World Reserve’s level of customer satisfaction. The necessary steps are being taken to ensure this type of situation does not reoccur.   Our records show that the John Quincy Adams Presidential Dollar Coin was shipped to you on July 7, 2008. According to our policy, non-receipt of shipments must be reported within 90 days of the shipment. However, as a one-time courtesy, we are sending another John Quincy Adams Presidential Dollar Coin to you under separate cover. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.   Next, we would like to address your concerns with the President Carter presidential dollar coin. Per the letter you received with your shipment:   Officials at the United States Mint have confirmed that the release of the U.S. Dollar Coin honoring the 40th U.S. President Ronald Reagan, will mark the end of the U.S. Presidential Dollar Coin Program. The Presidential Dollar Coin Act of 2005 prohibits the minting of Presidential Dollar Coins honoring any President who has not been deceased for at least 2 years. Since President Jimmy Carter is still living, a coin honoring President Carter cannot by law be minted, and the [redacted]t must skip to the 40th President: Presidential $1 Coin Act of 2005, 31 U.S.C.  § 5112 (2005). PRESIDENTIAL $1 COIN PROGRAM 31 U.S.C. § 5112 (n) (2005). “LIMITATION IN SERIES TO DECEASED PRESIDENT – No coin issued under this subsection may bear the image of a living former or current President, or of any deceased President during the 2-year period following the date of death of that President.” 31 U.S.C. § 5112 (n)(2)(E) (2005). “TERMINATION OF PROGRAM – The issuance of coins under this subsection shall terminate when each President has been so honored, subject to the paragraph [above], and may not be resumed except by an Act of Congress.” 31 U.S.C. § 5112 (n)(8) (2005). Therefore, the U.S. Government’s final striking for the Presidential Dollar Coin Program with the minting of the 40th President, Ronald Reagan, means you will now have the full 10 year collection of every U.S. Presidential Dollar Coin ever minted. Also with this letter were instructions to claim your credit for the Carter Presidential Dollar Coin. Attached is a copy of this information. If you have any other questions or concerns, feel free to contact me personally at [redacted]   Sincerely,   [redacted] Director of Compliance

[redacted]   Dear [redacted]   We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced with your order of the Presidential Dollar Coins.   Our records show the Madison Presidential Dollar...

Coins were sent with your first shipment on September 27, 2007. The Grover Cleveland (1st Term) Presidential Dollar Coins were shipped on July 18, 2012, and the Grover Cleveland (2nd Term) Presidential Dollar Coins were shipped on December 14, 2012. Each shipment throughout this 10 year program included a schedule of the release dates for each Presidential Dollar Coin.   As our representatives explained, it is our policy that any claims of missing coins must be reported within 90 days of the shipment. It is not uncommon for companies to set restrictions for such claims and World Reserve feels this is a fair amount of time. In addition, we do not have these older releases on hand. However, as a one-time courtesy, we will purchase additional coins to send to you (2) Madison, (1) Grover Cleveland 1st Term, (1) Grover Cleveland 2nd Term, and (1) Reagan Presidential Dollar Coin. Please allow 7-10 business days for the shipment to arrive.   If you have any further questions or concerns, you may contact me directly at [redacted]     Sincerely,   [redacted] Director of Compliance
