Revdex.com:We received a refund of $2,from Vantiv for the amount they overbilled us through February 29, 2016. We will need to review our statements next month to verify they have corrected the billing going forward, but we believe after a lot of hassle, the issue has been resolved.

I am rejecting this response because:I have been in contact with our rep from Mercury, but they have been unable to explain some of the charges on our bill. So far, he has given me two different explanations for the largest fee, neither of which make any sense. It seems even he doesn't understand the way they have been billing us. There also is another fee which clearly shows on our contract as $cost yet which they have included even in the revised bills. There are additional fees that were not spelled out in the contract we signed yet which they claim are covered in their Terms and Conditions. I have read the sections they referenced and do not agree. They have refused to refund the amount that they have to date admitted to overcharging us, claiming it "wouldn't make sense" to provide any refund at this stage.
