I have been searching for a Stairmaster for monthsI found Xceleration Fitness and received the best deal to purchaseThe owner even upgraded me to a better newer machineI did have to wait a couple of weeks for my order but it was well worth the waitThe machine showed up beautifulVery Satisfied with the service and the product

I was amazed by my contacts at gym prosBrie and Roy, who were very courteous and helpful Any questions were answered immediately, with their vast knowledge of the business The Company gets stars from me on the product I received in good condition, in swift timing of its delivery, and any questions I had after the delivery was made I wish the USPS would be so good with their delivery time Definitely a great customer service department, and company overall

I've ordered several pieces of equipment from Xceleration Fitness over the years and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the product and the level of service I've received after the saleI'd recommend them to anyone looking for a either a piece for your home or your gym

I placed an order with Gym Pros last month for a treadmill and some dumbbellsI was sent a confirmation number within hours, signifying that my order was confirmedWithin a few days, they shipped the equipment and I started tracking the progress I was in high anticipation for this gym equipment because I’ve wanted a treadmill and dumbbells for quite some timeThis year it was within my budget, so I went for itJust yesterday it arriveddays before Christmas! Very satisfied with the quality of the equipment too! Thank you Gym Pros for providing a stress free experience!

I bought a refurbished elliptical from Xceleration on 11/10/for $3, It was delivered to my house on 1/16/ Upon receipt, the cup holder on the machine was broken and the resistance on the machine did not work---You can increase or decrease it and the numerical resistance on the machine changes, but the actual resistance on the machine doesn't change I've called Xceleration at least times The approximate dates of the first calls were 2/15/16, 3/10/16, 4/25/ The last calls were made on 6/20/& 6/21/( (I've spoken to B [redacted] at least times and spoke to [redacted] on 6/21/16) I sent digital pictures of the broken cup holder in the original packaging to [redacted] on 6/21/ On every one of the calls my address was confirmed, and I was assured that a service person would call me to coordinate a date when he or she could look at the machine None of these calls have resulting in any return correspondence from Xceleration or a service person I called on 6/20/

I ordered a precor elliptical for my condoI was very stressed about whether the machine would fit through the door/elevator and the delivery processRoy was absolutely amazing at explaining the process, keeping me informed, and getting the delivery expeditedHis approach to customer service is unmatched and he genuinely cares about his customersI would absolutely recommend the company if you are interested in purchasing gym equipment, even if it is just one machine for your homeThe unit arrived clean and great working conditionThe delivery company got it right up to the second floor and placed it exactly where I wanted itRoy was amazingly helpful and patient, answering all of my questions and concernsI highly recommend the company

I ordered a bunch of gym equipment from this company around the middle of NovemberAt least $worthI noticed that they had some outrageously good deals that I didn’t want to pass up onI expected to receive everything no later than the 15th of December, since it was a larger orderEverything I ordered ended up arriving by the 13th From what I could see right away, the gym equipment was in pristine conditionI’ll admit that I started to have mounting apprehension when December hitSince I’ve never done business with this company before prior to my purchase, I was a little skepticalBut my doubts were officially put to rest on the 13thSome good things I can mention about Gym Pros right off the bat are: -Quick confirmation by email for my order -I received a phone call from the owner to make sure I didn’t have any additional questions(which is rare)I appreciated the extra effort -Delivery Time was accurate -Shipping was executed within days -Tracking number was easy to follow -Communication wasn’t needed, however if it was, I know it wouldn’t of been a problem to get a hold of a representative or potentially the owner himself So if you’re thinking of investing in gym equipment for your own in house gym like me, then I would definitely recommend Gym Pros as your vendorThey have great customer service skills and seem to be solution orientedThank you again for all your assistance!

Our family purchased over $of fitness equipment from this company, A lifefitness 91xi , a 95ti treadmill and a stationed home gym.Doug was terrific and had given us a great deal which beat the others by miles.Tracking and shipping wasn't a problem either as we were a little nervous as we are NC and they are based on California I recommend this company to any one looking for a great deal on Exercise equipment Thx Doug .James Peters

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: Yes, Let's stick to the facts! (A) For the record, my check #written on Chase Bank on July 21, was negotiated that same day, July 21, 2014, at Chase Bank Branch #552, and (B) Xceleration Fitness Invoice #was stamped by your office paid on July 19, for whatever reason but, I was in route to California from Mississippi and did not arrive until July 21, to do business with you in which all business was transacted with you on this date (July 21, 2014) If this was a prior paid invoice before I arrived and stamped paid in full July 19, 2014, how can it be synonymous with my order which was still to take place on July 21, 2014? What do your records indicate? Was this a mistake or a duplicate of a prior customer's purchase? Nevertheless, below are the questions I have asked over and over and caused apprehensions in dealing with your company and the very issue at hand at the present time: (1) What and where are the serial numbers for my equipment that validate a legitimate purchase? Not one is in my possession! What order was shipped on August 8, by Schneider? When should I expect to receive it yet? Again, what are the tracking numbers? When does your record indicate that it arrived and was refused???? (2)If my equipment shipped by Schneider on August 8, as your business said, why was Caliber (Mike Choi) calling me on August 13, verifying that he had a shipment prepared to leave California and would arrive on or about August or 20, 2014? Your correspondence states August or 19, Why the many discrepancies? (3) Where are the tracking slips for Schneider's shipment and where are the tracking slips for Caliber's shipment??? How could this occur if this was a (1) special order? (4) Where is the documentation of my acknowledgement/refusal of my equipment which I looked for desperately to arrive in Mississippi? What are the dates of either or both shipments in Mississippi (5) If you paid the freight companies in advance, where is the customer receipt and why did you not honor your free shipping charge obligation of the invoice(6) Where, then, are the receipts that verify your shipping charges which incidentally was never inferred or agreed to in and above your guarantee of absolutely free shipping? I purchased two machines from GymprosBoth machines were delivered unusableI notified Gympros via phone and sent emails with pictures for both machinesI spoke with Brie and she explained that a technician will come out to look at the damaged machines and send her a list of parts needed to fix the machine The tech explained he will send Brie pictures and a list a parts to fixed the machineA few parts arrived a short time laterAfter the parts stopped coming I contacted Brie and asked if the techs were coming back to fix the machineShe arranged fo the techs to call meI set up an appointment and the tech came outThe tech arrived and looked at the parts and explained that all the parts have not arrivedAccording to the tech fixing the machine without all the parts doesn't make sinceHe said he will have his manager contact GymprosA few months passed and I contacted Brie to inquire about the repairsShe said she was sending another company out to fix the machine and as

Gym pros is a [redacted] . I’m only leaving them one star because you cannot go any lower. We ordered a squat rack for $1200 and received one worth $550 (if that). That does not include all the headache we had dealin with Brie trying to get ETA’s, and any other information we needed. We also spoke to a Doug who said would help us out with getting a refund for the difference and never heard back from him either. Worst customer service. Not worth the headache. This is a [redacted] of a company.

I purchased a stepper from gympros last June. It took 2 months to arrive and it was broken. The left step had no resistance. I have been dealing with customer support and even talked to the owner. They both told me things were gonna happen that never did . Customer support was terrible with answering e mail and when I could get them on the phone they would tell me things that never happened. Finally in May 2018 almost one year later I paid a company to fix the stepper. Once again customer support tells me accounting will be in touch with me for reimbursement and nothing happens. I just want to be reimbursed and never again deal with gympros.
