I purchased a Cybex Treadmill with a year warranty After a few months its started to have issues and making loud noises Gympros was notified and they sent a repair company out to look at it The repair guy stated I needed a new belt for the treadmill in which he had to order He order it and came back weeks later and stated it was the wrong belt He then came back weeks later replacing the belt but it made even a louder noise He stated the motor needed to be replaced also The repair company and I had sent video and photos to get a new motor After months the motor came in the mail and when the repair man came back to my house, we opened the box and he said it was damaged and all banged up from having it packaged wrong Once again, I and the repair company notified GYMPROS and they said they are testing another motor to send me I have been without a treadmill since the 1st week of OCT 30, (4+ months ago) Since these issues I was forced to sign up to a gym on a

I am rejecting this response because:
I filled out the complaint below, which now shows a status of “closed”, but the resolution from the business that I accepted was that they would fix my elliptical machine (which XCeleration Fitness said they would do on 7/11).  It is now 7/20 and nothing has been done.  I may have inadvertently “accepted” their resolution to fix the machine, but I didn’t intend to “close” the complaint.  I would think the complaint wouldn’t “close” until they actually performed the repair.  I would like to re-open the complaint as absolutely no action has been taken by the business----they’ve only said they would fix the machine, but have done absolutely nothing (which is why I filed the complaint in the first place.)  Thanks, B[redacted]

**- As stated by the Business.   Please reference to 10568790. I mentioned to the Customer that the unit he purchased was an older unit that Precor no longer makes. We called Precor directly to order to find out they no longer carry these parts. We asked Precor to please research another solution for this and we are awaiting their outcome.  I also mentioned to the Customer that when another unit like the one he has comes into our warehouse that we will send him the parts from that unit. We have already sent a technician out upon his request and once his parts become available I will notify that technician again to go out and fix his unit. Excellent company and great customer service. Thank you Roy and Brie for being so awesome. I'm working out regularly on my new fitness equipment and am getting into the best shape of my entire life.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11542293, and am willing to concede this may not technically be a warranty issue however they have promised to fix the bike and so far it has been 8 months and still nothing.   They have finally reached back out to me after 5 weeks of no communication and have promised to finally fix this bike.  I am glad they have responded and am hopeful.

Our family purchased over $6200 of fitness equipment from this company, A lifefitness 91xi , a 95ti treadmill and a 3 stationed home gym.Doug was terrific and had given us a great deal which beat the others by miles.Tracking and shipping wasn't a problem either as we were a little nervous as we are NC and they are based on California.
I recommend this company to any one looking for a great deal on Exercise equipment.

The consumer purchased 2 years ago. I sent the customer a ticket that we will pay for to National Gym Supply to repair their console. I told the customer it is a 2 week turn around for the repair.
That is how we handle console repairs with our company. We can only repair consoles under these conditions..

Regarding Complaint #10739796 The Customer purchased from us on 4/7/2015 she received her elliptical 5/7/2015. At the time of purchase we always quote a time frame of 28 business days on refurbished equipment. The Customer signed for the equipment from the freight company. Once she opened she noticed that there were shipping damages. She called and I mentioned to her to please file a claim with Roadrunner since she already signed for the item. In the meantime I asked her to please send me photos of the damage so that while we are waiting for the claim to go through we will help her fix the elliptical. Parts were sent to her and she has received and that a Technician would be out to install the parts. The Customer stated that she does not want the elliptical anymore. If she does want to keep the elliptical and wishes to return she will have to pay shipping costs and the cost to palletize this. We will waive our restocking fee.  Sincerely,      [redacted]

Ryan Anderson has had his Stair Master since november. We have sent him every part that was needed and a technician. When the tech installed parts and tested the machine worked fine.

Yes, Let's stick to the facts!  (A)  For the record, my check #200 written on Chase Bank on July 21, 2014 was negotiated that same day, July...

21, 2014,  at Chase Bank Branch #552, and   (B) Xceleration Fitness Invoice #33054 was stamped by your office paid on July 19, 2014 for whatever reason but, I was in route to California from Mississippi and did not arrive until July 21, 2014 to do business with you in which all business was transacted with you on this date (July 21, 2014).   If this was a prior paid invoice before I arrived and stamped paid in full July 19, 2014,  how can it be synonymous  with  my order which was still to take place on July 21, 2014?  What do your records indicate? Was this a mistake or a duplicate of a prior customer's purchase?  Nevertheless, below are the questions I have asked over and over and caused apprehensions in dealing with your company  and the very issue at hand at the present time:  (1) What and where are the serial numbers for my equipment that validate a legitimate purchase?  Not one is in my possession!  What order was shipped on August 8, 2014 by Schneider? When should I expect to receive it yet? Again, what are the tracking numbers? When does your record indicate that it arrived and was refused????  (2)If my equipment shipped by Schneider on August 8, 2014 as your business said, why was Caliber (Mike Choi) calling me on August 13, 2014 verifying that he had a shipment prepared to leave California and would arrive on or about August 19 or 20, 2014? Your correspondence states August 18 or 19, 2014.  Why the many discrepancies?  (3) Where are the tracking slips for Schneider's shipment and where are the tracking slips for Caliber's shipment???  How could this occur if this was a (1) special order?  (4) Where is the documentation of my acknowledgement/refusal of my equipment which I looked for desperately to arrive in Mississippi?  What are the dates of either or both shipments in Mississippi (5)  If you paid the freight companies in advance, where is the customer receipt and why did you not honor your free shipping charge obligation of the invoice. (6) Where, then, are the receipts that verify your shipping charges which incidentally was never inferred or agreed to in and above your guarantee of absolutely free shipping?  (7) If you can validate the aforementioned questions by a desperately deprived customer to a business which you characterize as: "Stand by our product and have been doing a great job since 2006" but which received $16,300 in good faith money and total payment for all business concerning and between Xceleration Fitness and Lesia Washington: Unanimously, I am ready to receive my order in full at the ship to: address listed on the original invoice. Otherwise, I expect and am entitled to a full refund of $16,300 as requested on August 11, 2014 prior to filling this urgent request for help from Revdex.com which angered you and caused you to make connection with Caliber to cover your neglect and untruthful misleading information about the shipment concerning the whole deal of the order. When Caliber called, he validated that the shipmnent had not even left California.  This in itself was enough for anyone, especially me traveling to Califonia to look at my equipment and pay the full amount of all the equipment I picked totaling $16,300, and returning home, waiting patiently and counting down the days, and am still counting. What a travesty!!!!!!!! FINALLY, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE SEND MY ORDER OR MY FULL REFUND ASAP!

I am rejecting this response because:
I have an e-mail stating that they would get the bike to by the 24th of Feb., M[redacted] told me he spoke to Mr. C[redacted] and he and said he would make an acception and get the bike to me by the 24th of Feb. and now he's playing his 14 to 28 day shipping rule on me so he doesn't have to pay.  I called tech support and wrote e-mails that I have copies of, I also left Mr. C[redacted] 2 or 3 voice messages that he never responded to. I called and spoke to Brie in support on the 23nd of feb. and she told it would not be here by the 24th of Feb. because they had to order a part and that it would ship on Friday the 27th. and she would send me an e-mail or call with the shipping information, I called her again on the 1st of march and Brie told me it hadn't shipped yet I told her I wanted to cancel my order because they were not answering me-mails and or phone calls she said to me what if I give 50.00 dollars and I said no just cancel my order then she said what if I give you more money will you keep the order, again I said no I just want my money back because I will be out of the country and not their to receive it that's why I asked to have by the 24th of Feb.  and M[redacted] the salesman sent me an e-mail that if I bought the bike on the 3rd of Feb. as I did then they would ship it so that I would received it by the 24th. after Brie offered me more money and I refused she then said to wel it has already ben sent to the shipper and you will have to pay the shipping cost. If in fact they did ship it i'm going to be out of the country when it arrives and not able to accept it and if they did that knowing I wasn't going to be here per my first conversation with M[redacted] that's really rude of them to do so just to make me pay. so I guess my next step will have to be to talk to my attorney.

We used to use the recumbant exercycle at the community center but often it was occupied, so we decided to buy one ourselves. The community center has Precor brand equipment which is very solid. We tested exercycles at several stores but did not like any because they all seemed jerky and their braking system was not smooth or consistent, so we decided we would stick with Precor. We found that Xceleration Fitness Systems sold them and when we called, they said they happened to have a re-conditioned one for sale. We bought it and after it arrived we found that the resistance did not work, so we told them. They sent someone over to fix it (it was a wire that somehow got disconnected from its terminal inside the machine) and it works fine. I love the machine! Very happy.

I've ordered several pieces of equipment from Xceleration Fitness over the years and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the product and the level of service I've received after the sale. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a either a piece for your home or your gym.

they never honored the warranty of parts and labor
I purchased 4 used treadmills and they had inferior parts and always breaking down but xceleration disappear when you need parts replaced

I recently purchased a refurbished elliptical. I must say after shopping around for a couple of months not only did Xcelertation Fitness have the best prices I was also extremely happy with the service. All my questions were answered in depth which made me feel like I was in good hands. My unit arrived with no damages. Xceleration Fitness also worked with me in having my unit delivered inside my home. Excellent Customer service. Overall a very positive experience!!
