Got exactly what we ordered, for a pretty competitive price

We have made a large purchase from this company a couple of years (5-28-2014) ago and we have had issues with the product from the beginning (the owner,R** ***r even confirmed the issue) We also purchased a service contract to ensure that we are covered just in case anything went wrong We received our first from on of communication on October of and that was it We kept emailing this company for years now and were finally told to send in pictures of the damaged item that we received We sent the pictures and not nobody is getting back to us again We call customer service and everyone is not aware of our issue, we call Roy and he doesn't call us back We even received an email from him (sent March 2016) stating that he will take care of the issue, but has yet to do so We have a stairmaster stairclimber that cost us $and we need the screen replaced and someone to service the unit because it is not smooth We contact the office and speak to a young lady named Br

I ordered a package of treadmills and stairmill from Gym ProsThey were very responsive before and during the sale but almost completely unreachable post saleMy order was paid in full on 8/18/and I have still yet to receive my stairmillAlso, one of my treadmills is already malfunctioningIt is re-manufactured and comes with a month warranty from Gym ProsI have contacted them about this as well and have heard nothing from them on this matterIf these guys had half the energy post sale as they do pre sale then they would be outstandingUnfortunately, that's not the case

I have been observing this back and forth response and clearly I can sum this up. It seems in many points you have mentioned that you don't have an understanding how these machines perform and what you need to know on an alternator driven machine. Most machines at the gym are currently using the SMor the SM916. You are using the Stepmill 7000pt , a machine that is years plus old that does not have the advancements of the afore mentioned machines to compare against, yet still a great machine but its not apples to apples if you are comparing the 7000pt to the others mentioned We sell over step mills a year, we understand all these machines perfectly. Lets address these points
1----the machine is still very noisy-
A: This machine uses a Transmission , it will make that whirling noise , all these machines do so, its not broken I can assure you all of these machines do thisThey are by far the loudest cardio machines compared to self generated Ellipticals, steppers and or bikesYou can go to a gym and understand these are much quieter when placed in a bigger room full of other equipment going off at the same time but you will need to understand, that is the machine and what it does
That been said, the smand the SMare newer and do have significant advancements on engineering on their components
2----the machine wont recognize my wife or daughter because of their weight (and lbs.)-
A: The machine does have a weight limit, 100lbs for these commercial machines will not detect such a light userThis will explain why it works with heavier users and not the otherThat is the way its designed , not a faulty machine at all
3----the machine isn't even close on specified steps per minute-
A: This sounds like a reprogramming issue if anything
4----when I turn the machine off, while standing on it, the machine takes minutes to lower me to the ground.-
A: The machine is on an alternator which holds its resistance lowering the user gradually when the machine has stopped , its not suppose to free fall ,else this would cause injury, its suppose to be gradual
5----when I turn the machine off it stops very suddenly and makes a noise I have never heard another stairmaster make-
A: What Kind of noise? Surely when it stops , there shouldn't be any noise period?
6----the machine takes longer than it should to get movingit gets going faster and faster but does so slowly and sounds like the machine is winding out. it honestly sounds like it is going to keep getting louder and louder until it blows up...I know it wont, but that is how it sounds-Very Simple, we can call our tech back to make another observation and or diagnose the unit
Usually the faster you work on these machines the harder the components internally workIt does get louder the faster you work on these
In any event, we will send a tech out again, we will diagnose, he will test the machine and he will have you there to educate you better on what to expect and what is the norm on these machinesI will also go ahead and send out a new transmission for the service tech to evaluate if it even needs this just out of Courtesy
Understand Mr*** we are looking for a solution for you we are not ignoring you, but you going around as if you feel you have been robbed is a little unjustified in my opinion, all we have ever done and are doing is given you our full attention and support
A little gratitude acknowledging this fact goes a long waySo please less on the defensive and more on the other would be greatly appreciated

I am rejecting this response because:
Yes, it was mentioned that precore does not make the unit but this was not mentioned until the unit needed to be fixedXceleration fitness and R** *** never mentioned this prior to purchase and during the purchase R** boosted about his one year 100% warranty on the machineYou do not give a warranty on a product you can not get parts forAlso the one time I did get to speak to R** on the phone he specifically told me that he had one in his warehouse that he bought for spare parts just for my issue this was over months ago and the issue is still not resolvedI have called the over times emailed many many timestext message then and even used there online chat portal with no response from anyone from the companyI spoke with the local repair service they were using in my area and they told me they could get the unit to work with the old existing parts if they cleaned them up really good but the repair company can not get xceleration fitness and R** *** to return their calls as well All that is needed to resolve the issue is to have a tech come out and clean the existing parts really well and put the unit back together that is laying in parts and return a phone call.

I am rejecting this response because: In Xceleration
Fitness' response to the Revdex.com they stated that the warranty had expired. I started contacting them on 2/(one month after I had received the machine). The warranty is for months. The warranty is expired NOW because the business did not follow up on the calls (over a month period) I made to them trying to get the machine fixed. In every call I stated that the cup holder was broken upon delivery & the resistance on the elliptical machine was not working. The warranty WAS NOT expired when I made the first phone calls to get it fixed. As of 7/11/the only response I've gotten from Xceleration Fitness is an e-mail sent to me on 7/7/stating that they'd not heard back from the repair man that they use in my geographical region

I purchased a remanufactured cybex arctrainer in April with a year warranty on parts and laborUnfortunately, the machine was defective upon delivery and has never fully functioned as promised within the sales agreementI agreed to pay for a working machine without any defects

I had a great experience with Gym ProsI ordered a refurbished stairmaster stepper for my home gymI was a little bit wary of the company at first because of reviews stating that items may arrive damaged or not as expectedMy fears, however, were unfoundedI received the stepper (at the cheapest price I could find on the internet) about weeks after orderingIt was in great condition - it was strapped down to a pallet which was then strapped to the side of the delivery truckWhoever packed it made sure that it would be very unlikely to be damaged during shippingI paid for a white glove installation (which ended up being a different company than the freight company), and they brought the unit inside, unpacked it, and made sure everything was workingOverall I had a wonderful experience ordering from Gym Pros

I placed an order with Gym Pros last month for a treadmill and some dumbbellsI was sent a confirmation number within hours, signifying that my order was confirmedWithin a few days, they shipped the equipment and I started tracking the progress
I was in high anticipation for this gym equipment because I’ve wanted a treadmill and dumbbells for quite some timeThis year it was within my budget, so I went for itJust yesterday it arriveddays before Christmas! I ordered a refurbished stair master from gym pros / xceleration fitness the unit was poorly remained and was DOA when it arrived I contacted the company and they sent out a tech after about weeks the tech made some adjustments and got the machine running It was till very shaky so they ordered another part (a transmission) when the tech came to install it he stated this was not the part needed as the current transmission was fine He made some adjustments and the machine ran fine for about minutes I contacted the company again and again after about weeks they sent out yet another tech This one discovered that the axel on the machine was broken and recommended the entire machine be replaced The tech from FITNESS SMITH contacted xceleration and I did as well They denied this being a problem and have now gone month without answering my calls or responding to emails I have contacted my VISA credit card company and will be disputing these chargesThis company has 100% ignored me for over a month and has left me with a product that has never worked from day GIANT SCAM

Gym Pros was a great buying experience overallThey were professional to communicate with and exhibited good customer service throughout the processMy gym equipment was shipped fairly quickly and the arrival was about days laterIt got here before Christmas, which I’m looking forward to adding to my in house gymOne of my new year resolutions is to work out like my life depended on it!
