Do not, I repeat, do not do business with this companyThey will take your money and order for the product you want, then a month later, when your product arrives, it will be a complete different and inferior brandThey will not give you notice of the change and will treat you like garbage because of your anger at the deceptionWhat they do is bait and switch

Quality over quantity is my mottoI was more concerned with my treadmill arriving without scratches and damages, rather than how long it would take to arriveIt did arrive a week later than I thought, but it was in pristine condition, therefore I am very satisfied! I will be ordering from Gym Pros again next month!

I am rejecting this response because: the machine is still broken and needs
fixedThe tech wasn't experienced in stepmill and is so heavy that gravity works for him to move the steps, but they aren't actually being poweredWith someone less than they hardly move

Any questions were answered immediately, with their vast knowledge of the business
The Company gets stars from me on the product I received in good condition, in swift timing of its delivery, and any questions I had after the delivery was made
I wish the USPS would be so good with their delivery time

I purchased a stepmill from gym pro's / xceleration fitnessThe unit arrived not workingTech's were sent out to fix it, parts were replaced, the unit still doesn't workI have been trying to get this unit working since day one and now the company is saying that my warranty is overI asked to have it fixed when it was in warranty and it wasn't able to be repairedI have asked the company to refund meRoy is the owner and won't respond to my last messages to him
I paid extra for a "refurbished" unit, then a "used" unitMy only expectations for this unit was that it works and it never hasNow I have this heavy expensive piece of junk sitting in my basement

I purchased a Life Fitness 9500HR next Generation upright bike on 2/3/with an agreement that I would receive it by 2/24/2016, I sent e-mails asking for shipping information with no response, I called and spoke with Brie in support told me it wouldn't be shipped on time because of a part but would be shipped on 2/26/and would call and or send an e-mail with shipping information on 2/29/or 3/1/206, did not receive an e-mail or phone call, I sent numerous e-mails to the support deptwith no response,When I finally got a hold of Brie in support I told her to cancel my order and she said if I give you dollars off with I keep the order and I said no and she said what if I give you more money and I said no just refund my I paid, then she tried to tell me it was sent to the shipping company and that if I cancel the order I would have to pay for shipping, They refuse to answer my e-mails, calls and asking for my refund,I also called MrCrocker multiple times and l

I ordered a piece of equipment from Xceleration fitness on 3/8/which ***, the customer support and sales person who took the order told me it would arrive within daysIt's now 4/14, a full days later and when you speak with her, (which is exceedingly rare), she says she will check with Roy, the owner and get back to meOf course, she has never gotten back to me despite repeated calls and emails to both her and Roy, the ownerThey simply ignore youAt this point, it's unclear to me if their entire business is just a giant scamIt certainly appears that way

I ordered a refurbished PreCor elliptical machine from GymPros (aka Xceleration Fitness) on August 1, With that purchase I also bought a 2-year extended warranty for $289, and a "white glove installation" fee for $When it arrived, I was informed that the installation was schedule one week after the delivery of the device, rather than congruently on the same dayIt sat in my garage for a weekWhen the elliptical was installed, they discovered it was damaged and did not turn onThey left it, non-functioning, for two weeks before returning to fix itI spoke with customer service about a refund for the installation fee - they e-mailed back stating they would send me a refund check for $and would "restart the warrant once the unit is fully functional"Neither have occurred and they are now denying that they ever said that, despite it being documented in emailAfter they got the machine to turn on it was discovered that there were various features of the machine tha

My experience with GymPros has been positive Ordered a Cyber Arc Trainer Machine is clean and working well Piece of plastic broken during shipping, rather than replace (since was easily fixed, I chose to take a credit from the company which was very generous However they would have shipped a replacement piece immediately All calls regarding delivery were returned promptly by Brie Delivery and set up was painless and delivery guys met my work schedule coming out at in the evening Hoping for no operational issues with the unit but will certainly contact company if there are So far enjoying using the arc trainer at home Great purchase!

I ordered a refurbished stair master from gym pros / xceleration fitness the unit was poorly remained and was DOA when it arrived I contacted the company and they sent out a tech after about weeks the tech made some adjustments and got the machine running It was till very shaky so they ordered another part (a transmission) when the tech came to install it he stated this was not the part needed as the current transmission was fine He made some adjustments and the machine ran fine for about minutes I contacted the company again and again after about weeks they sent out yet another tech This one discovered that the axel on the machine was broken and recommended the entire machine be replaced The tech from FITNESS SMITH contacted xceleration and I did as well They denied this being a problem and have now gone month without answering my calls or responding to emails I have contacted my VISA credit card company and will be disputing these chargesThis company has 100% ignored me for over a month and has left me with a product that has never worked from day GIANT SCAM

I bought a refurbished elliptical from Xceleration on 11/10/for $3, It was delivered to my house on 1/16/ Upon receipt, the cup holder on the machine was broken and the resistance on the machine did not work---You can increase or decrease it and the numerical resistance on the machine changes, but the actual resistance on the machine doesn't change I've called Xceleration at least times The approximate dates of the first calls were 2/15/16, 3/10/16, 4/25/ The last calls were made on 6/20/& 6/21/( (I've spoken to B*** at least times and spoke to *** on 6/21/16) I sent digital pictures of the broken cup holder in the original packaging to *** on 6/21/ On every one of the calls my address was confirmed, and I was assured that a service person would call me to coordinate a date when he or she could look at the machine None of these calls have resulting in any return correspondence from Xceleration or a service person I called on 6/20/
