Tuesday, March 22nd, 2016Dear [redacted] ***, This is in response to the complaint made by our customer, [redacted] , (Customer complaint ID # [redacted] ) Mrs. [redacted] states there was an unauthorized charge made on her account in the amount of $36.96. Upon reviewing our records, we see there was an online application form filled out by the client on February the 11th, 2016, which gives the client a 30 day free trial to our email to fax program. If the client does not contact the company within the 30 day trial period to cancel, the fee of $ 36.96 will apply,The client had first contacted the customer service department on March 12th, 2015, leaving us a brief message. We also received an e-mail requesting to cancel and be refunded for $36.96. She also stated in her e-mail, which has been confirmed in her BBB complaint, she has refuted our fee at her bank. This act has authorized her bank to pursue her refund for her, and removes our ability to refund this on our own accord. In regards to her refund, she needs to ask her bank what the situation is with that, as it is now out of our hands. Once a clients file is cancelled, no further charges from us can take place. 19c Trolley Square,Wilmington, DE,19806,*** *** ***Friday, March 18th, 2016Dear *** *** This is in response to the 2nd complaint made by our customer, *** ***, (Customer complaint ID # ***) Mrs*** seems to be very very confusedI will deal with her 2nd complaint line by line, so there is no misunderstandingFirst off, all of our employees speak English, as their mother tongueWe are situated in Wilmington DelawareWe do have people of ethnic backgrounds on staff, very few have any accentsI find it incredible that I even have to state any of thisIf someone is African American, that doesn't mean they don't speak English, or can't speak it very wellThis is customer service, you speak to people for a livingit's a job requisiteEvery oner here speaks perfect english!Once again, NO ONE ADVISED MRS*** WE OBTAINED HER INFORMTAION FROM A MICROSOFT ACCOUNT. (First off, what is a 'Microsoft Account', supposed to be?) That is completely false, Mrs*** has not heard correctly what was said to herI will repeat, HOW this particular file was authorized, and it is a reprint of the same explanation as I posted in our reply to her first Revdex.com complaintPlease read this very carefully Mrs***: You Can Fax Too currently has many advertisements on multiple websites, many of which are On Line Loans, or Credit checksWe purchase these ads in block formats, bundles if you will with these companiesThe arrangement of these advertisements are what is called an 'Assumed sale' approachWhen someone is on a website making an on line purchase, at the point of check out you are presented with additional offers and promotions you may be interested inIf you do not wish to participate in them, you have to unclick the boxes associated with them (which have already been checked off) in order to refuse their offerFailing to do so, means that after the free trial period expires, if you do not call or e-mail to cancel, the charge for the promotion will be sent to whatever payment method was used to make your on line purchase with(In this case it was your banking information that you provided) These promotions do not require a magnifying glass to see, they are presented in the same size font as everything else on the site is presented inThis is not illegal, as many many companies are using this tacticAn example of this that everyone should know about is if you are browsing the net using a different browser than the one you normally use, ie: if your default is Yahoo, and you are using Google to search for something, there will be a request with a box already checked off, asking if you want to make Google your permanent home page and /or browserIf you don't want that to happen, you HAVE TO UNCLICK THE ALREADY CHECKED BOX TO PREVENT IT FROM HAPPENINGThis is called "Assumed Sale technique", and it's perfectly legalIt is not our fault if people don't read things thoroughly.Yes, on our website, we have credit card paymentsTHIS ORDER DID NOT COME FROM OUR WEBSITEREGISTERING OR FILLING OUT YOUR INFORMATION ON OUR WEBSITE IS NOT THE ONLY WAY PEOPLE CAN SIGN UP FOR OUR SERVICE!! WE RECEIVED MRS***'S ORDER AS AN INTERNET WEB BASED REQUEST, FROM ANOTHER WEBSITE, WHICH DOES USE BANK PAYMENTS IN THEIR CHECK OUT! (If you are still unclear Mrs***, then please read and re-read the above paragraph, AND THE PARAGRAPH ABOVE THAT, until it becomes clear, what has happened here.)No one has an e-mail that is attached to their checking account, I have no idea where Mrs*** pulled that one fromI shall again repeat the same response as I provided in the first complaint: No Customer Service employee we have, would ever advise any of our clients, we are with MicrosoftWe have nothing to do with MicrosoftAND It is also impossible for us to obtain anyone's banking info just by having their e-mail address. As far as her bank dispute is concerned, this is the first time Mrs*** has advised us that her bank seems to not want to do thatYet the way Mrs*** worded that bit of information is most confusing, this is what you said " Yes I filed a dispute with my bank and they investigated it and they said that this complaint they did not refund me back the money on my account "Talk about not speaking English very well, how about writing English,...Mrs***, can you read your sentence (Particularly the underlined part) and say that it makes any sense? Before you go off half cocked here, I did not edit your wordsGo back and look at your complaint you submitted to the Revdex.com.So her bank is unwilling to honor her dispute, ..for whatever reason...(still trying to make sense of Mrs***'s explanation on that) so, we will try to request a refund on her behalfAs so much time has gone by from the charge date, as she only advises now that her bank would not be taking care of her refund through her disputeThe company has a day time frame whereby a client may request a refund from usit has now been days since she was chargedAt no time in Mrs***'s 1st Revdex.com complaint did she even relate that information that her bank was not willing to carry through with her dispute, even if she had, that was still passed the day time frame) However, we will submit a refund request on her behalf, it will be an Administration call if they proceed with that.Mrs*** states we stated in our last paragraph in our reply to her first complaint, she called us to sign up(??????) Are you actually reading our replies to your Revdex.com complaints? We never stated any such thingGo back and re-read what we sent you, we made no statement that you called us to register, that is completely false! The proof is in the typing. We do not change our response to your questions, you, Mrs***, need to read things correctly and thoroughly.Included as an attachment is the order form we received containing Mrs***'s information; Thank you for your time in this matter, we believe we have responded to all of the issues Mrs*** has requested us to address to the fullest of our abilityWe will not be responding to 3rd complaint, as Mrs*** has repeated the same concerns in both her complaints, and has even put words in our mouth, claiming we stated things we did not sayThe proof is in our printed repliesThey do not match what she says we have said.Sincerely;*** ***Client Affairs

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is as satisfactory to me as it can be
I would like to make several comments about You Can Fax Too response.
- You Can Fax Too (YCFT for the remainder of comments) created a check based off of an incredibly old address and presented to the bank as if I had done it(attached)
- The only charges made on my bank account on 2/16/was to iTunes via mobile phone (iTunes knows my current correct address)There are not any advertisements which can be clicked or unclicked through this method.
- Representative *** *** did state "That there was nothing that he could do", preposterous - yes I agree
- Bank account has been closed - whether YCFT gained the information illegally or someone else gave it to YCFillegally, it is still compromised- Since this is strictly an internet "assumed sale technique", where one would need to "unclick" a boxI am assuming there is no way for me to know exactly who "filled" in YCFTs application with my informationDis-heartingBecause, that means the person would have been trying to use my checking account information on whatever site YCFadvertisement is on and could be using other peoples as well
- I assure the company that I do know how to "read thoroughly" regardless of text size
