complaint ID # [redacted]) Mrs. [redacted] states there was an unauthorized charge made on her account in the amount of $36.96. Upon reviewing our records, we see there was an online application form filled out by the client on October the 11th, 2015, which gives the client a 30 day free trial to our email to fax program. If the client does not contact the company within the 30 day trial period to cancel, the fee of $ 36.96 will apply, The client had first contacted the customer service department on December 22nd, 2015. Upon her request her file had been canceled on that date, she also requested a refund for this charge. A refund was going to be issued out, however, Mrs. [redacted] has apparently disputed our fee with her bank. This act has authorized her bank to pursue her refund for her, and removes our ability to refund this on our own accord. In regards to her refund, she needs to ask her bank what the situation is with that, as it is now out of our hands. Once a clients file is cancelled, no further charges from us can take place. Our records show, we have charged Mrs. [redacted] on 2 occasions, we would have been able to credit for the charge that took place on November 30th 2015, but as we stated previously she has taken action with her bank. Any charge that is more than 30 days prior to the client's calling date, cannot be refunded, as the company has a 30 day time frame whereby  they can call to request for that.             Thank you for your time in this matter, Sincerely; [redacted] Client Affairs

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. That is a lie. I never filled out anything on line on March 2nd. And my account was closed because the day after you made your computer generated check I closed my account and my bank got the money back from your bank in Texas. So don't use this excuse. Your company has been generating check in consumers and cashing it without their knowledge I just happened to check it within 24 hours of it clearing my bank account so if you want me to send you a copy of it going through my account t I can.  My account was t closed when you try to take my money.  I closed it because of you.

[redacted], (Customer complaint ID # [redacted]) Mr. [redacted] states there was an unauthorized charge made on his account in the amount of $36.96. Upon reviewing our records, we see there was an online application form filled out by the client on February the 16th, 2016, which gives the client a 30 day free trial to our email to fax program. If the client does not contact the company within the 30 day trial period to cancel, the fee of $ 36.96 will apply, Mr. [redacted]'s Husband first contacted our customer service department on March 17th, 2016. Upon his request her file has been canceled , he made no request for a refund for this charge, but did state he was going to the bank about the charge. At no time, did we advise that we can't do anything, that is preposterous. The client states they are closing out their account, which would make it impossible for us to provide any refund. We have closed the file, to ensure that no further charges would be possible. The following explains how authorization was presented for the charge:      You Can Fax Too currently has many advertisements on multiple websites, many of which are On Line Loans, or Credit checks. We purchase these ads in block formats, bundles if you will with these companies. The arrangement of these advertisements are what is called an 'Assumed sale' approach. When someone is on a website making an on line purchase, at the point of check out you are presented with additional offers and promotions you may be interested in. If you do not wish to participate in them, you have to unclick the boxes associated with them (which have already been checked off) in order to refuse their offer. Failing to do so, means that after the free trial period expires, if you do not call or e-mail to cancel, the charge for the promotion will be sent to whatever payment method was used to make your on line purchase with. These promotions do not require a magnifying glass to see, they are presented in the same size font as everything else on the site is presented in. This is not illegal, as many many companies are using this tactic. An example of this that everyone should know about is if you are browsing the net using a different browser than the one you normally use, ie: if your default is Yahoo, and you are using Google to search for something, there will be a request with a box already checked off, asking if you want to make Google your permanent home page and /or  browser. If you don't want that to happen, you HAVE TO UNCLICK THE ALREADY CHECKED BOX TO PREVENT IT FROM HAPPENING. This is called "Assumed Sale technique", and it's perfectly legal. It is not our fault if people don't read things thoroughly. I hope this clears up any misconceptions on this situation.             Thank you for your time in this matter, Sincerely; [redacted] Client Affairs

Dear [redacted]
            This is in response to the 2nd complaint made by our customer, [redacted], (Customer complaint ID # [redacted]) Mrs. [redacted] seems to be very very confused. I will deal with her 2nd complaint line by line, so there is no misunderstanding.
First off, all of our employees speak English, as their mother tongue. We are situated in Wilmington Delaware. We do have people of ethnic backgrounds on staff, very few have any accents. I find it incredible that I even have to state any of this. If someone is African American, that doesn't mean they don't speak English, or can't speak it very well. This is customer service, you speak to people for a living. it's a job requisite. Every oner here speaks perfect english!
Once again, NO ONE ADVISED MRS. [redacted] WE OBTAINED HER INFORMTAION FROM A MICROSOFT ACCOUNT.  (First off, what is a 'Microsoft Account', supposed to be?) That is completely false, Mrs. [redacted] has not heard correctly what was said to her. I will repeat, HOW this particular file was authorized, and it is a reprint of the same explanation as I posted in our reply to her first Revdex.com complaint. Please read this very carefully Mrs. [redacted]:
     You Can Fax Too currently has many advertisements on multiple websites, many of which are On Line Loans, or Credit checks. (In this case it was your banking information that you provided) These promotions do not require a magnifying glass to see, they are presented in the same size font as everything else on the site is presented in.
Yes, on our website, we have credit card payments. THIS ORDER DID NOT COME FROM OUR WEBSITE. REGISTERING OR FILLING OUT YOUR INFORMATION ON OUR WEBSITE IS NOT THE ONLY WAY PEOPLE CAN SIGN UP FOR OUR SERVICE!!  WE RECEIVED MRS. [redacted]'S ORDER AS AN INTERNET WEB BASED REQUEST, FROM ANOTHER WEBSITE, WHICH DOES USE BANK PAYMENTS IN THEIR CHECK OUT! (If you are still unclear Mrs. [redacted], then please read and re-read the above paragraph, AND THE PARAGRAPH ABOVE THAT,  until it becomes clear, what has happened here.)
No one has an e-mail that is attached to their checking account, I have no idea where Mrs. [redacted] pulled that one from. I shall again repeat the same response as I provided in the first complaint:    No Customer Service employee we have, would ever advise any of our clients, we are with Microsoft. We have nothing to do with Microsoft. AND It is also impossible for us to obtain anyone's banking info just by having their e-mail address.
As far as her bank dispute is concerned, this is the first time Mrs. [redacted] has advised us that her bank seems to not want to do that. Yet the way Mrs. [redacted] worded that bit of information is most confusing, this is what you said " Yes I filed a dispute with my bank and they investigated it and they said that this complaint they did not refund me back the money on my account "
Talk about not speaking English very well, how about writing English,...Mrs. [redacted], can you read your sentence (Particularly the underlined part) and say that it makes any sense?  Before you go off half cocked here, I did not edit your words. Go back and look at your complaint you submitted to the Revdex.com.
So her bank is unwilling to honor her dispute, ..for whatever reason...(still trying to make sense of Mrs. [redacted]'s explanation on that) so, we will try to request a refund on her behalf. As so much time has gone by from the charge date, as she only advises now that her bank would not be taking care of her refund through her dispute. The company has a 30 day time frame whereby a client may request a refund from us. it has now been 69 days since she was charged. At no time in Mrs. [redacted]'s 1st Revdex.com complaint did she even relate that information that her bank was not willing to carry through with her dispute, even if she had, that was still passed the 30 day time frame. ) However, we will submit a refund request on her behalf, it will be an Administration call if they proceed with that.
Mrs. [redacted] states we stated in our last paragraph in our reply to her first complaint, she called us to sign up. (??????) Are you actually reading our replies to your Revdex.com complaints? We never stated any such thing. Go back and re-read what we sent you, we made no statement that you called us to register, that is completely false! The proof is in the typing.
We do  not change our response to your questions, you, Mrs. [redacted], need to read things correctly and thoroughly.
Included as an attachment is the order form we received containing Mrs. [redacted]'s information;
            Thank you for your time in this matter, we believe we have responded to all of the issues Mrs. [redacted] has requested us to address to the fullest of our ability. We will not be responding to 3rd complaint, as Mrs. [redacted] has repeated the same concerns in both her complaints, and has even put words in our mouth, claiming we stated things we did not say. The proof is in our printed replies. They do not match what she says we have said.
Sincerely;

Upon her request her file had been canceled on that date, she also requested a refund for this charge. A refund was issued out, she should have received that back in her account no later than December 31st 2015     A pay day Loan situation was mentioned due to how the company advertises on other companies websites:  You Can Fax Too currently has many advertisements on multiple websites, many of which are On Line Loans, or Credit checks. [redacted], (Customer complaint ID # [redacted]) Mrs. [redacted] states there was an unauthorized charge made on her account in the amount of $36.96. She stated the e-mail address and telephone number we show on file is outdated information. Upon reviewing our records, we see there was an online application form filled out by the client on February 14th, 2016, which gives the client a 30 day free trial to our email to fax program. The information we show on file is the same information we received in that on line request.  If the client does not contact the company within the 30 day trial period to cancel, the fee of $ 36.96 will apply, The client had first contacted the customer service department on March 15th, 2016. Upon her request her file had been canceled on that date, she also requested a refund for this charge. We advised a refund is currently in due process, at her request, she should see that back in her account within 7 - 10 business days time.     In response to her unauthorized claim, we submit the following:    You Can Fax Too currently has many advertisements on multiple websites, many of which are On Line Loans, or Credit checks. This is in response to the complaint made by our mutual customer, [redacted]. (Case number [redacted] states there were two unauthorized charges made on their account in the amount of $36.96 each. One of which had caused an overdraft charge in the amount of $56.00. Upon reviewing...

our records, we seen there was an online application form filled out by the client which gives the client a 30 day free trial to our email to fax program, if the client does not contact the company within the 30 day trial period to cancel, the fees of$
36.96 will apply,
The client had first contacted the company on February the 3rd, 2014, [redacted] claimed these charges were unauthorized and had caused the overdraft charge. At which point the customer service representative had put a cancellation on the file and submitted a request for 2 refunds in the amount of $36.96 each and also the overdraft charge of $56.00 was also returned back to the client and a confirmation number of: 199320 was issued to the client as well.
The Following day, February the 4th, 2014, a physical check was sent out to the clients address that was provided in the online request form of: [redacted], in the amount of $129.92, when we look into our files we see that the check was received and cashed on the date of February the 12th, 2014. We have yet to hear anything more from this client and assume this matter has been resolved by all parties involved.

I woke up to find a weird charge on my bank account, and check #162 when my checks are in the 4000s. The image shows a check MADE UP by this "company" YouCanFaxToo, which I'd never heard of. I don't know how they got our account information, but they fraudulently printed a check with our info on it and cashed it. I'm also reporting them to the Attorney General.

I did not sign up for any fax trial. These people are robbing innocent folks of their money. Who would accept a fax service when you don't even own a business. I have received the credit but these people need to be put out of business for scamming customers.

(Customer complaint ID # [redacted]) Mrs. [redacted] states there was an unauthorized charge made on her account in the amount of $36.96. Upon reviewing our records, we see there was an online application form filled out by the client on December the 8th, 2016, which gives the client a 30 day free trial to our email to fax program. If the client does not contact the company within the 30 day trial period to cancel, the fee of $ 36.96 will apply, The client had first contacted the customer service department on January  the 11th, 2016. No Customer Service employee we have, would ever advise any of our clients, we are with Microsoft. We have nothing to do with Microsoft. It is also impossible for us to obtain anyone's banking info just by having their e-mail address. Mrs. [redacted] did not understand very much of what we advised when she called us, so I will explain in detail here, how this tranaction was authorized;       You Can Fax Too currently has many advertisements on multiple websites, many of which are On Line Loans, or Credit checks. We purchase these ads in block formats, bundles if you will with these companies. The arrangement of these advertisements are what is called an 'Assumed sale' approach. We addressed this issue our first reply, she states her information was hacked previously, siting a sign up for a Discover bank account, which she did not instigate. In these matters, the only thing we can do is cancel her file, to ensure no further charges are possible. As she states she has closed out her account, we would need additional account information in order to effect a refund. Refunds are electronic, going back to the account the same way it was withdrawn.  However, it has not been made clear as to whether Mrs. [redacted] has sought out bank action on this matter. This must be made clear before any further action is taken on our part. As for proof of authorization, Mrs. [redacted]'s story of the Discover bank account should serve to back up her claims that her information has been compromised. Subsequently the results of a file with us would serve the same purpose for us. There isn't much to 'show', the on line form contained the required fields, first and last name, address, telephone number, and method of payment, which in this case was her Chase account information, account number ending in 1043 Just to re-iterate, once a clients file is cancelled, no further charges from us can take place. Thank you for your time in this matter,Sincerely;[redacted]Client Affairs

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I never went online and file no application for their fax service and when I called on 01/11/2016 got number from my bank. The customer service person did not speak very well English and told me they got my information from a Microsoft email account which this is not correct either I do not have a email account connect to my bank account. This is not true I did not go online on their website and do a application for fax service. I already have faxed service with Rapidfax and still in service with them for over two years. Their customer service told me on 01/11/2016 that she cancel it out and was going to refund my MONEY BACK. This never happen happen. Yes I filed a dispute with my bank and they investigated it and they said that this complaint they did not refund me back the money on my account. They told me that I have to pursuit with the company myself. So this is what I did and filed a complaint to Revdex.com. If you research this fax company they have a lot of complaints of scams and doing the something they did to me with other people. I do not know how they got my information, if they hack my information off line. When I investigated this myself if you go on their website they do business credit cards not bank account withdrawal. Copy is their online application in my own investigation and you can not go through bank account has to credit card only. Also in company reapplied to Revdex.com they stated I did a online application but then in their last paragraph they stated I called them and did application. They keep changing their responds to my complaint. I want my money back they never refund me my money back I never did business with them or never applied for no fax service online. I have my own fax service company I go through as I mention Rapidfax. Never been on their website or did business on the phone with them. I would like them to send me a copy of their online application I suppose filled out.

[redacted] Dear [redacted],             This is in response to the complaint made by our customer, [redacted], (Customer complaint ID # [redacted]) Mrs. Upon her request her file had been canceled on that date, she also requested a refund for this charge. A refund was going to be issued out, however, Mrs. [redacted] has apparently disputed our fee with her bank, which she confirms in her complaint to you. This act has authorized her bank to pursue her refund for her, and removes our ability to refund this on our own accord. In regards to her refund, she needs to ask her bank what the situation is with that, as it is now out of our hands. This is what happens when you file an affidavit with your bank Mrs. [redacted]. Thank you for your time in this matter, Sincerely; Client Affairs

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

 First of all, there is no way that I would have signed up for a free trial. I have no use for this type of service.  I would certainly like to see the proof that this occurred.  Someone has fraudulently gained access to my personal date..  A couple of months ago, someone signed me up for a checking account with Discover Bank.  I immediately contacted Discover Bank after receiving a welcome to Discover Bank letter, followed by a supply of checks and the pertinent information about the account.  Shortly after contacting Discover Bank, I was sent a form to fill out  to investigate this activity.  I believe the same thing happened with YouCanFaxToo.  As I said, I have no need for this service.  I will contact my bank ASAP to find out if anything has been done to correct this.  I realize that the amount of $36.96 isn't  very large, but to me, a 73 year old on a fixed income, that is a large amount.  I had to close my checking account and open a new one because of this.  I Googled the YouCanFaxToo name and found many websites filled with complaints against this company.  I printed out 10 pages of complaints just from one website, all with the same withdrawal - $36.96.
