We are not sure why she has an issue with the [redacted] because most of our customers don't have any issues about it. Anyway we already did resent her a printable [redacted]. Kindly check email for the confirmation.

When Mr. [redacted] took advtantage of our offer for a free hypnotherapy CD which we normally retail for $30, he acknowledged that she understood why we were giving the CD away.  By taking the free CD, the user is enrolled into our auto ship program which starts shipping our 4 CD box set, starting...

10 days after the free CD is shipped.  He could have avoided all charges by cancelling, but Mr. [redacted] never called to cancel until after the Box set was shipped.

I am rejecting this response because:I called to cancel before they shipped anything out when I could not find out how to cancel. And, even...

though they told me they canceled the account days later they debited my checking account. I called that very morning my account was debited, and they told me they could not refund the money, because they shipped the product. Again, they told me they canceled the membership over the phone. I sent the product back as soon as I received it. I had to pay return shipping for something that should have been canceled days before. They only partially refunded the amount they debited from my account, and said they charged me for the shipping of the products that should have been canceled before they even debited my account. I do not feel I owe that to them since they are the at fault for not canceling the membership the first time I called.

could have have avoided the additional charge and shipment is she cancel her membership within 10 days. We disclosed the terms of our billing processes from moment she signed up but she obviously overlooked it and was not able to cancel.
