When Mr. [redacted], took advantage of our Free CD offer and paid $1.99 for shipping and handling, we stated the reason why we are giving the CD for free. During the sign up process, there were two path pages. On the first page is the link to the details. On the second page where he chose shipping is...

a full description. We stated how much he will be charged if he don't cancel. Below the payment information there is a check box that must be clicked on stating that you are over 18 years old, have read, understood and accept the terms and conditions. By accepting the offer, he is agreed to be enrolled into our autoship program called Club-YBT and he is authorizing YourBetterTomorrow to charge the account on file for further shipments of CD's unless cancelled.

advantage of the offer, the customer is enrolled into our automated subscription program called Club-YBT with 10 days evaluation period and for us to hear the feedback. If we do not hear from them, it tells us that they like the product then we proceed to charge $84.97 and shipped the first set of our series which consist of 4 additional hypnotherapy titles. The customer has a complete control if he/she wants to continue or if not, they can cancel and no further shipments and billings will occur.

Tried to call the customer to assist her to get the refund but it;s on a voicemail and left a message to call us back.

To contact one of our live customer service representative, he just need to press option 3. He can call us again to take care of his issue

Stated in our terms, we do not provide refunds for product that has already been shipped except for cancellation however at times  people tend to overlooked our terms or missed to read it so therefore we can allow customers to request for a refund for the last 30 days billing period but if the...

charged was more than 30 days we cannot issue refunds to prevent people from exploiting the trial offer.

Every company has a policy for return and refund and it was properly explained to the customer. 
The customers account is already on process for refund.
