only one of three cd sets I did not orderI am very upset. Each of the packages is $so I am charged for two. I am retired and cannot afford it.

The way our program works is that, we give away a hypnotherapy CD for free which we typically retail for $and as part of the promotion we only charge $for shipping and handlingThe reason why we do this is because we simply want to introduce people to
the YourBetterTomorrow series of hypnotherapy, an audio session on CD and for them to evaluate itThe evaluation period starts days from when we shipped the complimentary CD and for us to hear their feedbackIf we do not hear from them, it tells us that the customer liked the product and we charged $and proceed to send the first set of CDsThere is no obligation to purchase anything as the customer has a complete control whether they want to continue or cancel the membership so that no further billings and shipments will occur. We provided full information to the customer about our program when signing up and must agree to our terms and conditions and by accepting the offer, the customer is agreed to be enrolled into our autoship program called Club-YBT and authorizing YourBetterTomorrow to charge the account on file for further shipments of CDs unless cancelledWith regards to the refund, we do not offer more than days from the date of the last transaction to prevent people from exploiting the trial offerThe customer was charged and shipped for a total of months but we cannot fulfill the request for a refund for two (2) charges of $except for the last transaction due to our policy

I am rejecting this response because: Quite obviously you make it very difficult to put in for a refund on something that you sent that someone did not want You give them a rather complicated http address that can only be accessed through your own website, you require a member ID, a Return Authorization code and a tracking codeThen when the boxes come up the member ID is conveniently missing a digit so they will not accept the refund request but I caught that one as well Never have I seen any company make it so difficult to send something back for a refund and I am certain you do that deliberately That is why you have so many complaints on the various websites for that sort of thing and an F rating from Revdex.com. I have jumped through all the hoops that you put out there and will expect my refund to be send promptly If not then I will look into alternative actions to get my money back
