1. We attended to his request for a refund.
An email stating a refund request on his account was sent to his email address on file last July 30.
A full amount of $84.97 will be issued as soon as he shipped the...

RA A01022 was issued and label was sent to him.
2. Our Customer Service hotline is open on hours stated on our website. In which Mr. [redacted] called several times.
We extend help and provide assistance based on the policy provided by the Company. We don't tolerate use of profanity words after several warnings given.
3. Please understand, that we are still in business because it is not our intention to scam people. We provide help with our products and been receiving good feedbacks. WIth regards to some people who have overlooked the Terms of the promotion, we provide refunds within the Policy of the company.  Thank you

Mr. [redacted] took advantage of our offer for a free hypnoetherapy CD which retails for $30. By taking advantage of this promotion, he is enrolled in our auto ship program which starts 10 days after the promotional CD is shipped.  The 10 days is provided so the customer can...

try the CD, and decide if he would like to receive the other CDs, or if he would like to discontinue.  If she cancelled within this 10 days evaluation period, she would have avoided all charges, and nothing else would be shipped, as there is no obligation to purchase anything.  It seems that Mr. [redacted] overlooked the terms, and he was shipped with sets of CDs each month unless cancelled.

When Mr. [redacted]  took advantage of our promotion, it is clearly stated on our order page (as well as in our terms and conditions) that upon taking up our offer for the free cd, purchasers are also signing up for a recurring subscription for our other CD sets. Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I had no Idea of this shipment and when I received it, I immediately placed it back in the mail (unopened) and wrote return -cancel. I then noticed the charge and started calling. Phones disconnected- site down! How do people look in the mirror! What kind of message is on that CD? Shame on you. May God have mercy. It's not a false advertising we just only need to update our website.

The way our program works is that, we give away a hypnotherapy CD for free which we typically retail for $50 and as part of the promotion we only charge $1.99 for shipping and handling. The reason why we do this is because we simply want to introduce people to the YourBetterTomorrow series of...

hypnotherapy, an audio session on CD and for them to evaluate it. The evaluation period starts 10 days from when we shipped the complimentary CD and for us to hear their feedback. If we do not hear from them, it tells us that the customer liked the product and we charged $84.97 and proceed to send the first set of CDs. There is no obligation to purchase anything as the customer has a complete control whether they want to continue or cancel the membership so that no further billings and shipments will occur.  We provided full information to the customer about our program when signing up and must agree to our terms and conditions and by accepting the offer, the customer is agreed to be enrolled into our autoship program called Club-YBT and authorizing YourBetterTomorrow to charge the account on file for further shipments of CDs unless cancelled

If Ms. [redacted] did not receive the product within 10 days from the day it was shipped, she must contact our customer support so we can cancel her subscription and won't be billed and ship with addtional set of CDs.
