When Ms*** took advantage of our promotional CD offer for a $1.99, she stated that she read, understood and agreed to be enrolled into our autoship program called Club-YBTThe customer has given days from when the CD is shipped to cancel to avoid further billings and shipments of
additional CD'sThe customer has a complete if she would like to continue or cancel to avoid being charged but she did not cancel her membership

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I have called your business and spoke to Linda, she related she cancelled the subcriptionWhen I related to her I was returning the merchandise because I did not order any additional cd's, Ms Linda related I should have read then hung up the phone. I did return the cd's via *** with a tracking number so I can follow the package which should reach your place of business Saturday,I want is my $returned back to my bank account. Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I did not give you or anyone else permission to go into my account, you state after days, I would be automatically billed $84.95. I Just request for the CD on the of September which I didn't receive it until the 23rd of September 2015. I noticed the additionial transaction from your company while I was going thru my online bank statement. I have tried to call five times to your company and all I got was an automated message saying the same thing, y can even leave a message for someone to contact you. As we reviewed the customers account, it shows that she never called last August to cancel membership
Her refund is already in process as per request from her bank September for the amount of $84.97. An RA label and instruction was sent to her email to ship package back to release her

The customer did not cancel her account until she called us on October 5th and requested to have it cancelledShe got billed $for months: August and SeptemberIn our policy we can only refund for up to days from the date of the last transaction and if it's more than days no refund to be issued

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: You mean to tell me they can keep sending this for months to come, after I have had emails from them saying my account was closed. I sent back what they send to them with a letter also and they said they cancelled my account. How can they get away with this scam. I cant afford the product and will not pay anymore and I want my refund for sending this back to them.I can't believe this is legal , I consider it scam and advertising. I worked in a court house for many years and saw a lot of this kind of representation of a company. They should be made to close their doors before they are allowed to hurt anymore people. I was finally able to get through on the phone yesterday
They were very nice and helpfulThey agreed to let me return the items in question, immediately sent me an email with RMA number and instructions for returning the merchandise They said that they will refund my money as soon as I email them the tracking number for the returnThe service was excellent once I got through on the phoneI would not have filed any complaints had it not taken days and so many calls to get through

First and foremost, there is no obligation to purchase anything if the customer only want complimentary CD that she paid $for shipping and handling costWe provided full information about future charges when signing up and must cancel within in order not be be charged

Mr*** took advantage of our offer for a free hypnoetherapy CD which retails for $ By taking advantage of this promotion, he is enrolled in our auto ship program which starts days after the promotional CD is shipped The days is provided so the customer can try the CD, and decide if he would like to receive the other CDs, or if he would like to discontinue If he cancelled within this days evaluation period, he would have avoided all charges, and nothing else would be shipped, as there is no obligation to purchase anything It seems that Mr*** overlooked the terms, and he was charged and shipped the first volume
