Good afternoon, Please advise the YRC Pro number so we may research and better assist you

We are sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you for the additional information as we were able to locate the shipment in question. We have reached out to *** to remove your phone number and you will no longer get calls on this shipmentWe apologize and thank you for bringing to our attention

We apologize for any misunderstandings. Please find the attached bill of lading which was completed by the shipper. You will note the shipper did not originally have your name on the paperwork. As a result, we were not able to perform delivery to the name of ***. We left messages for delivery arrangements on 8/and 8/17. On 8/18, we left a message for ***. We received a voicemail back later in the day advising *** had left the country and did not leave a date for return. We left a message again on 8/and on 8/the shipment was return back to our terminal to verify delivery to the correct party. Please be advised we are not billing *** *** for the freight charges as the shipper has agreed to pay all the freight charges related to this shipment. A new appointment was made to deliver on 8/and we did deliver the shipment on 8/26.

Thank you for the opportunity to assist. If you will provide the phone number of your contact at Tiger Direct, we will be happy to discuss a reduction of charges directly with your contact. The bill of lading indicated to bill Tiger Direct and it is the legal contract with YRC Freight. The projected service date on the shipment was yesterday but not guaranteed. YRC does offer guaranteed delivery. However, that type of service was not used. The type of service used was similar to putting a letter in the mail and can take a day or two longer as it is our standard service. We apologize for the inconvenience this created. We are happy to call your contact at Tiger Direct, just let us know.

I am rejecting this response because:
Unacceptable Responses:All messages were returned to the company. The first call I received was the 18th, again on the 19th, Nobody answered your company phone and I left several voicemails. I finally scheduled delivery on 20th for the 21st after numerous calls to your company You were to delivery the Furniture Friday afternoon Aug 21, no show, no calls! No truck was at my house on Friday Aug 21st Your company called Sunday afternoon said driver got busy and would be there Monday between 10-2PMAgain no show, but your company called and said the furniture was loaded on the WRONG TYPE of truck and would reschedule for TuesdayNo truck was at my house Monday Aug 24th. Tuesday you did call and say since *** *** was on the billing paperwork your company would again not delivery as scheduled the three times already prior . Again no truck at my house Tuesday Aug 25th. I did actually receive at least two different calls about this one from your company, one of them was suppose to be a dispatcherI informed them I had the original bill of saleThey showed little interest in resolving this issue.Delivery was finally completed Wednesday August 26thThis delivery was completed several hours later than was scheduled showing no respect for me as a consumer who paid for your services upfront Seems strange that the packing slip still has the incorrect name noted and it was never changedYet it was such a big deal that it prevented delivery, I was suppose to be required to show Identification (which never happened) and that prevented delivery with additional charges occurring? With no corrections or notations to the spelling of the nameOddly suspiciousfor additional billing charges.....

I do apologize for the frustrations you have been experiencing with this shipmentIn looking at the shipment, I see that it was out for delivery on 11/but the driver was not able to complete the deliveryIt does look like the consignee is some distance away from the destination
terminalUnfortunately, this shipment is a standard ground shipment and the delivery dates are not guaranteedThe terminal is aware and have notated that the freight is needed as quickly as possible and will mark for delivery on Monday (due to the holiday)
I also apologize for the mis-information you were provided as it appears the terminal did have the freight statused as out for delivery but did not update it properly when the driver returned to the terminal without completing the delivery on 11/The status has now been updated to show the correct informationThe freight is currently at the destination terminal in Houston, TX
Although you may be the ultimate payer of the freight charges, Tiger Direct is the paying party in contract with YRC so unfortunately we are not able to discuss any sort of possible reduction with anyone other than Tiger DirectShould they so wish, they are free to contact customer service at 800-610-to discuss.

Your rate confirmation is your quote which we enclosed to the Revdex.com We believe that it is intentionally misleading as it reads from left to right SKD ELECTRONICS 250LBS.I don't know how you guys do business but when I sell someone pcs of something at it equals and not You are saying that the total amount of weight allowed is 250lbs.I can provide an email from my customer where I asked them how many pallets and the weight This was before I submitted the info to Rick at your company that I had a pallets weighing about each.I think that it is common knowledge that pallets almost weight lbs each when they are empty.So if your quote is presented in a manner that is standard jargon in the shipping industry I would like someone impartial to confirm that

Obviously I am rejecting this response because per the message from YRC, the
issues has not been resolved and the resolution delay is on their end. I cannot accept the resolution until I receive confirmation from the business that the matter has been fully resolved and the refund and costs for the damage have been reimbursed. Personally I have not received anything from YRC as to all the financial impacts to this delay, and per their own reply back to the dispute, they have not paid anything to cover the costs of the damage
