I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** They refunded the disputed amount and is satisfactory But the statement they made to Revdex.com that they contacted me personally is a LIE Neither my staff or I spoke with anyone at zocdoc after the complaint was filed This shows that zocdoc is unreputable and repeatedly lies This company should be investigated by the attorney general's office and reprimanded

ZocDoc continues to refuse a refund despite the fact that their sales rep completely misrepresented the volume we could expect from an investment with themAfter receiving ZERO leads in the first months, complaining to our account rep and manager and filing this complaint, they still refuse a refundWe have closed our account with ZocDoc and plan no further business with them.
