I am rejecting this response because: I'm ashamed at how untrue this response isMuch to my frustration, reading this email has me in awe! When I was asked why I did not change hotels, I clearly explained I was from out of town and had children, and the young man at the front desk told me he would make certain changes (switch the tv) before I returned that eveningMy husband and I had plans to attend a theater play that evening and the kids wanted to watch tv but because of the smoke detector being covered in plastic, (which was also mentioned and said to be taken care of before our return that evening and was not) my family suggested the children stay with themWe returned after pm and no changes were made to the room so of course with four kids we were not switching hotels at that hourMy husband and I attempted multiple times to talk to you young man at the front desk asking for a manager and we were denied of thatI took plenty of pictures of the handbook stating that they ensure quality and accommodate customers and management is always available, none of this to be true with our stay! There should not be a manager running such an establishment who allows her employees to treat paying customers with such disrespect and certainly not someone running the front desk who has not a care in the world for people asking for their job to be done correctlyYes I believe both the manager and front desk young man should be fired and I should have already contacted the local fire department to report the negligence to the rooms! I indeed was sent an email showing the refund was finally sent after almost days

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Quality Inn had several months of negative reviews prior to our staying there These reviews clearly show the same issues as I had Nothing was done to improve the safety and health issues prior to our staying there This hotel had full knowledge of the rooms condition They show, on their website, a clean and comfortable looking roomwhich is not what we got Our room looked nothing like the picture As one quest stated in regards to their stay, ," our room was like entering a third world country"When we complained we got no response and you didn't even attempt to correct the issues You advertise a nice clean room then knowingly put your guests in a worn down filthy room Then you refuse to do anything about it and refuse a refund You have committed blantant advertising and, in my mind, fraud.The only e-mail I got from you stated that you could not find our reservatiion numbers and I immeditaely e-mailed them to you!!!! I never heard from you again.I had advised you that I was calling the NYS health department so you had plenty of time to fix the issues before they came I am not interested in what you have done now, I am only interested in the health and safety issues I had to endure, due to your lack of concern, when I stayed at your hotel I will never stay at your hotel again so a credit is uselessI want a full refund! I would like to see a copy of the NYS health departments report because there are still on-going negative reviews of filth being posted on your website Regards, [redacted]

Just finished a downsizing move with Gentle-Men MoversThese guys were very helpful and efficientAlways moving! They were careful to NOT damage walls, furniture, or doorwaysHighly recommend these movers!

The front desk received a report from housekeeping that a room has the smell of marijuana in it and would like a supervisor to come and check the roomThe manager on shift was [redacted] he had confirmed that the room did in fact smell of marijuana in it, he then charged the guest a $smoking feeI received a call from the guest the next day asking why she was charged I informed her that the process we go through is if a housekeeper smells any type of smoke from the room to have a supervisor confirm that there is an odor coming from the room During this time I offered to take $off the smoking fee which I did she thanked me and said she was happy with that

I spoke to a customer service rep last week who couldn't answer my question about my Rainsoft uv filterI was told the manager would call meHe never didI called today and spoke with another rep and explained my situationShe answered my question so I thank herAs for the manager calling me back well that's my complaintAnother complaint would be the horrible Rainsoft warranty which covers nothingAnd AWPs 300% mark up on a $uv light not including the $service feeLiterally would take seconds to changeWow talk about a monopoly on the market as nobody but them can service my system without voiding my already horrible warrantyAs for Rainsoft they are at a whole other level of deceptive business practice

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2016/06/21) */ Thank you for forwarding the comment from our customer regarding their stayAs noted on all booking sites, a valid credit card is required to check into our hotelWe take an authorization on the credit card provided in the amount of the room and tax plus $for incidentalsThis authorization is released upon check out of the hotelThe credit card presented by the guest has been charged for room and tax only and any remaining authorization has been releasedWe would have appreciated the opportunity to resolve this complaint while the guest was still at the hotel, it seems that the guest checked out just this morning with no mention of the above stated issuesThe only service notes we have regarding the guest stay was that there was a missing blanket which the guest wanted to make sure we knew they did not take itI have notified the police department with your description of parking lot activities and they will have increased patrols to apprehend anyone acting outside of the lawPlease always feel free to notify hotel staff when you suspect illegal activity, we do not allow such activity at our hotel and they would be immediately removedUnfortunately we are unable to provide you the refund requested due to not being able to verify the conditions reportedWe appreciate your business, thank you for your time and feedback

On Friday May 5th the front desk agent [redacted] smelled someone smoking marijuana down the hall of the hotel because we are a non smoking propertyShe walked up and down the hall to pin point where it was coming fromOnce she located the area she checked to she which rooms was rented in that areaOnce she saw which rooms was rented she knocked on the guest room doors and talked to each guest about the situationThe [redacted] room smelled like body splash when they had opened the doorSo [redacted] apologized the guest after making sure they wasn't smoking in the hotel [redacted] came to the front desk getting irate about the fact that [redacted] knocked on their door to check to see if they was smoking in the roomThe next morning when the [redacted] came to check out the had spray the room heavily with body splash so the room wouldn't smell like marijuana smokeThey started getting irate with [redacted] and a couple of the housekeepers telling them that you are being prejudice with us because we have tattoosSome of those employees has tattoos on them [redacted] called me and the police because they was both getting IrateI told her give me minutes and I be thereBefore I arrived the police made them leave the propertyAn hour after the [redacted] left the housekeeper went to strip the room and the body splash had worn out and the marijuana was noticableThe [redacted] have tried to get a refund through the franchise office when they wasn't successful they went to that bank and tried to claim it was a fraud chargeAfter the bank got the full story they told the [redacted] that it is a legal transaction which can't be refundedA couple days later *** called me threatening me that he will sue me and shut down my business because I'm frauding him[redacted] ***

This company is sending frufdukent postcards stating WATER UPDATE "Unforunately, we've been unable to contact youPlease contact us within the next hours." They make it seem that there is something wrong with our water The fact that this company "only wants to get the attention of the consumer" does not mean that this tactic is right! This is the type of fraudulent advertising that preys on the elderly and people unaware that these unscrupulous companies will go out of their way to "attract the customer"Shame on them...DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAM ARTISTS! I shouldn't have to pay to throw away this companies junk mail It is inconvenient Everyone should report this to the attorney general in their state

Home Depot offers their water testing kits, that ask you to send them a sample of your water I did this and was contacted by the company a few weeks later They said to get the results I needed to set up an appointment, which I did The company contacted me the morning of the appointment to make sure I would be home, responded Yes The appointment time came and went, an hour after the appointment time, I called They apologized, said there was something wrong with their phone system (Funny cause their rep called me from her cell phone) They asked if they could schedule another time, again I answered Yes, but they said they needed to call me back to reschedule Couple of days goes by, I get another call from them, telling me the same as before that they needed to come to my home to give me the results, then the lady? says I'm replying rudely, as IF I was doing something wrong The only thing I requested was for her to tell me the name of the company, which she says quickly, as If it's not necessary for her to tell me I'm reporting them to the Home Depot, they don't need an unreliable, unprofessional company to represent them

You can tell a lot about what to expect from a company based on their marketing practices Expect to get gamed Got a bright yellow postcard with WATER UPDATE in huge letters at the top "Unfortunately we've been unable to contact you Please contact us within the next hours." Tiniest print in the world says not a water utility or government agency Gaming - truly deceptive in two ways First, it's attempting to look like there's some kind of emergency, and that's attempting to play on the vulnerable elderly or cognitively impairedSecond, I work from home most days, and have been home all day and evenings every day for the last few weeks Phones get answered, doors get answeredSo, they're lying in their first contact with you I'm going to make this marketing piece as famous as I can on social media, to shame this deception, and make people aware of AWP I'm also going to file a complaint with the State of NJ, since they are licensed in NJ

Our hotel charged the guest $after they checked out due to the condition the room was left in at check-outThere were human feces on the floor, towels, and bedThis required extra cleand the towels were not reusableThe charge covers the cost of replacing the towelsHousekeeping also had to put the room down and shampoo the carpets, which means we were unable to rent the roomThe guest called and asked about the charge and everything was explained thoroughlyWe also provided her with pictures showing the condition of the room as it was found by housekeeping staff
