This company is the worst of the worst,the Devil is definitely in their details.I have been a grandfathered unlimited client of Verizon Wireless for years of which in those years I have paid over $21,for a sub par service.Jumping through rings like a circus pony is what I have had to do to keep my unlimited plan,they change their rules what seems to be like every month to knock me around in hopes that I will just give in and give up my unlimited plan.Unlimited for life should have been called unlimited for life if you can take every twist and turn we throw at you.New phone full price purchased,data being cut down to .12mb download-.19mbps upload,not being able to use the apps of my choosing or your breeching contract.I am shocked and disappointed in their Revdex.com high rating for I think anyone who has dealt with them know that this is a not true.I did not tell them to offer any of their services for life they chose to do that and as a good business they should honor that without having to be slapped on the hand by the FCC or make it a circus show to comply .The latest spit in the face is a recent advertisement that they are yet again offering another service for life,due to their past record they should never be allowed to offer anything using the term "life"in it again.I don't understand even in today's world how a company can treat faithful clients with such disrespect ,lie in advertisements,almost double the price of their originally agreed upon data price and still require the client to pay $a month for one line with data that is barely useable,sounds like robbery to me!

I am being charged an early termination fee of $ I never signed a contract but they say when I assumed service from my former employer's account to a personal account that I assumed their contractAgain, I never signed a contract but they say it was my responsibility to find the terms online(Is that legal?) I was told that I could cancel at any time and that I had a month to month agreement when I assumed the serviceWhat a scam! My call to resolve it was transferred at least seven times...and then Brandy told me it was my problem and I had to pay I will never use Verizon Wireless again

Verizon is HORRIBLE! my husband and I got on the Edge planWe could cancel anytime and owe nothing since we paid for our phones up front! About months later we switched carriersWe called Verizon not once but TWICE and also went to THREE different stores with the particular question " we will owe nothing if we cancel our service?" So after asking the question times , of which are supposed to be recorded, we canceled our serviceFOUR months later we get a bill for $1000!!!!!!! There was no description on the bill stating what it was even for!!!! So after calling and spending the better part of the day on the phone we got the answer....it was for our phones.....that we had already paid for!!!!!! It is now over a year and it is still not settledBuyer beware and stay FAR FAR AWAY from this company!!!!!

I am writing in response to the complaint forwarded on behalf of MsBeatriz G***. In the complaint, MsG*** states she returned his newly purchased devices to *** ***, Authorized Verizon Retailer, and cancelled serviceShe also stated she was was not given correct information regarding her planShe disputes the bill and requests the balance be zeroed outVerizon appreciates the opportunity to address MsG***’s concerns.
Upon review of the account, MsG*** established services and entered into a two-year Device Payment Agreement on March 7, MsG*** ported her numbers to another carrier and then returned the devices to *** ***While the services were disconnected, the Device Payment Agreement cancellation was not completedThis is because services were ported prior to the equipment return and the process could not be completedVerizon did not receive notification of the returned equipment and therefore, the Device Payment Agreement buyout charges were applied to MsG***’s bill
Review of her account and confirmation letters, MsG*** had the 12GB Verizon Plan and the monthly cost would have been $+ taxThis did not include $insurance and $Device Payment Agreements between the three phones Her monthly total would have been $257.56+ taxWe do not have details on what MsG*** was quoted
On June 23, 2016, I communicated with MsG*** to address her concerns and the above findingsI credited the three buyouts ($680.34, $and $632.27), the first DPA installments ($85.10) and the activation fees ($60)Credits total $and the remaining balance is $Due the large amount of credits, the balance will update by July 17, MsG*** expressed dissatisfaction, however Verizon position remains

I engaged Ashworth to investigate the cause of my basement leaks...two years after having another company repair a sewer line

*** *** was my next call He was certain that there would have been tiles, and offered to dig a test hole to confirm this

Thankfully I didn't spring for the recommended basement dig up!
The Ashworth guys reconnected my tiles in short order...and corrected some sloppy sewer line connections as well The efficient, friendly manner that they undertook this project was most welcome The cost was fair...with no charge for the 'test' hole *** *** I was able to get a 50% rebate on the sump pump costs from that company...thanks to Ashworth's encouragement and testimony on my behalf Thanks guys!

I attempted to use the verizon wireless cyber monday deal todayGet a free Pixel XL with trade in of a fully paid off eligible phoneThe problem is that verizon does not provide a list of eligible phones anywhere on the siteYou have to go through the whole order process to find out you are not getting a free phoneIn my case the Pixel XL would have been $100, I was trading in a Note Since they don't list this information I am forced to just trust themI assumed free meant free, not $
