May 5, 2016 Attention: [redacted] RevDex.com of New Jersey [redacted] Re: Case No. 11235012 / Account No. [redacted] Dear Ms. [redacted] : I am writing in response to the complaint forwarded on behalf of Mr. [redacted] . In the complaint, Mr. [redacted] states he made small payments toward his account due to a financial hardship. He further explains he received a collection letter for a balance of $88.29. Mr. [redacted] requests to have his account balance expunged and removed from any collection treatment. Verizon Wireless appreciates the opportunity to address Mr. [redacted] concerns. Account records show Mr. [redacted] had a Verizon Wireless Jetpack which was effectively disconnected on October 8, 2015. A final billing statement with was sent to Mr. [redacted] with a remaining balance of $316.58. The remaining balance included as past due amount of $128.29 with a current balance of $188.29 due by October 3, 2015. On September 9, 2015, a payment of $128.29 was made which brought the balance to $188.29. Since the final billing statement two payments of $50.00 were made on November 13, 2015 and December 10, 2015. The payments made on the account brought the customers account balance to $88.29. Due to the account not being paid in full, the account was written off with a balance of $88.29 on January 18, 2015. Mr. [redacted] may contact [redacted] , Burges and Wolf at [redacted] to settle the remaining balance of the account. I spoke with Ms. [redacted] to address the concerns and provide my findings. I advised the original balance was due on October 3, 2015 and due to the balance not being paid the account was written off for non-payment on January 18, 2016. I explained we do not have record of her contacting us to make payment arrangements for the balance. I advised that she would need to settle the balance with [redacted] , Burgess and Wolff who currently own the debt. At this time no further action is required by Verizon Wireless. I've been a Verizon customer for 8 years and I have to say their policies and customer support is terrible. They pay no attention or care for customers. I have called in March '15 to give notice for terminating my contract. However my contract got canceled in August. All this so they can charge me service for few more months. Talking to customer support (other then the executive group) doesn't help, they were rude and gave me a different story every time I called. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this dishonest wireless carrier. They used to be good 7 years ago but now it should be bottom choice for anyone.

The customer is right as far as the Lifter being covered under warrantyBMW covers the Part and Labor under warrantyWhen he brought the car the first time, BMW stood by the warranty and did the work to no cost of the customerThe parts came with a two year (customary) warranty on the parts (NOT labor)BMW has changes its warranty rules on those repairs, that they now pay only parts, but NOT laborThis is a manufacturer decision and not on a Dealership level The Repairs and warranty is such that IF the customer pays for a repair it comes with a two year manufacturer warranty ON PARTSSo, in that case, he would be covered should the item malfunction again We understand the customer's confusion, and apologize if it was not explained clearly In summary, BMW will cover the item BUT not the labor part of itAs long as the car is under the original warranty, they cover everythingIF the customer purchases an extended warranty, parts and labor are covered, minus a deductible usuallyAgain, THE ITEM will be covered under the warranty (and that is the ITEM SPECIFIC warranty, not car warranty) but not the labor Mercedes has the same program and initiated this a few years ago already and now the other manufacturers are heading the same way We usually have discounts on labor and when customer comes in next time, please have him ask for that Sincerely [redacted] Customer Relations Manager BMW of El Cajon

Customer service for this company is a joke! I constantly have the issue of c/s telling me one thing and when I go into the store they tell me a completely different thing and the people I speak with are always so rude! I can deal with rude people once in a while, everyone has a bad dayBut the worst part about this company is I swear they add little charges onto their customers accounts each month hoping they won't catch it and pay itI've been with Verizon over a year and Almost EVERY month I have a 5-10$ charge I have to call about and they never know what the charge was forWould never recommend this company to anyone!

Horrible Horrible Customer Service I applied for phone service with them and credit was approved I was forced to enter my credit card information on the online application to continue - even though I owed $to get the phone based on my credit I went to the store and we called the 800# - I was informed that the account was Fraudulent and they would not give me a reason why They wanted all my utility bills, DL, SSC, bank statements,,,etc I was in store for 1/hours proving my identity and they still came back and told the rep in store that the account was Fraudulent but could not offer me any explanationI've been with *** for consecutive years now - was this a hint/message not to switch carriers?

I spoke to MrJ [redacted] about the above information and apologized for any inconvenienceI explained Verizon does not have a policy where customers are compensated for their time spent resolving billing and/or equipment issues, but as a gesture of faith I offered a $credit adjustmentMrJ [redacted] declined and requested a free month of serviceI respectfully declined and offered a $credit as a final offerMrJ [redacted] was satisfied and had no other concerns
