I am rejecting this response because:
What the seller just stated was an absolute lie/fabricationI contacted them immediately after identifying the bait and switch fee increase on OCT2ndI have proof of these emails I was told the order HAD NOT SHIPPED and was beginning processing but they refused to stop it while it was in processing (less than hrs after order)And again, nowhere was I told either in written or verbal that I would be charged more (2.5X) than the offer price

I was on vacation when a Vinesse order delivery was attempted. I got no email notice that a shipment was upcoming. By the time I returned from vacation, the package had already been returned to Vinesse. I received another shipment less than a month later, which I was home to sign for. I get my credit card statement only to find out that I've been charged for the shipment I was not home to receive as well as the next shipment I was home to receive. Figuring I can resolve this quickly, I called the company as soon as they opened Monday morning only to find that I will be refunded the money but am being forced to pay a 15% restocking fee for wine I never ordered, was never made aware was coming, and wasn't even in town to receive. How do I resolve this issue?

They ship in advance of when they say they will and then don't let you know until you get a Fedex. Therefore, you don't have a chance to refuse the shipment.
Then, if you refuse, you get hit with a $40 charge for NOTHING!
This club is totally different than others I have dealt with.
Never buy from them!
I will try to dispute through my credit card company.

Poor service. contrary to other reviews, my wife and I enjoyed the first delivery of wines fron Vinesse wine club which we subscribed to thru Frontier Airlines. We looked forward to our second delivery. my credit card bill was processed on Aprill 22nd. I called Vinesse on April 28, to find out when I would be receiving my delivery. Their rep, Jordan told me that I should be receiving the order by Friday or Monday April 30. I called again today, April 30, and once again spoke to Jordan. This time he told me the delivery takes 10 to 14 business days. I said that I should not be billed, and receive the order up to 3 weeks later.
I asked to speak to a supervisor. He told me that none where available, and nothing could be done.
Poor customer service! I cancelled my subscription.

NOTE: I will keep the wine and accept $45 credit to my card.  By the time I paid for return shipping and restocking, it would be about same result.

We had attempted to recreate the first damaged shipment, but member wanted to return the shipment for a full refund. Please see attached documents.

Vinesse of Napa, Calif. - Their introductory offer seemed too good
to be true, and that proved to be true.
After receiving the initial shipment, I received a second shipment
in less than 3 weeks, precluding sufficient time to taste the 1st with
such a hustle.
I decided to return the 2nd shipment unopened because I finally
learned it was impossible to try just the first. As a result, I paid
$35 return shipping costs and 15% 'restocking fee'. A scam for seniors
& others by a not straight forward company.

I ordered the attractive sampling box of 12 bottles of wine for $69.00.
The wines were outstanding,I will admit. I paid for my order with a check.
When I discovered that any additional orders of wine would now be over
$150.00, I immediately cancelled any further shipments. Lo and behold,
Despite that, two additional shipments were made AND Vinesse took the
Monies right from my checking account without my knowledge or
Approval! Furthermore, I had immediately called UPS to return the shipments
As soon as they arrived. When I tried contacting Vinesse with the number
On the carton, I received the message," this mailbox is full."
I am outraged that this company was able to use my checking acct. information and gain access to my account without my approval! I am now trying to have my monies returned.

This club is a disgrace. Customer service is a joke as is the supervisory echelon. Inadvertently a follow up order had been placed. I immediately called the club and was told there should be no problem in cancelling the order. No effort was placed by them to cancel the order. I presume since they allow unwanted returns, that they bet customers will not return as they would be subject to return delivery charges. Four days after making the request for cancellation (as well as four telephone calls to them on day one, being told someone would get back to me shortly...not!!, I receive an email indicating the order could not be stopped.
The order was in fact never sent. Why? Because I dealt with them through my bank.
THERE IS NO INTEGRITY WITH THIS COMPANY.

I am rejecting this response because: The shipment was returned by me the same day it was received and the seller in turn received the goods back on the 5th day. It has nothing to do with "being returned as undeliverable within 45 days of shipping"
I am still entitled to a full refund as it was returned within the terms and condition of an introductore order/offer. It says that if not satisfied, a refund will be granted as I paid for the return shipment.
Full refund of balance they not credited earlier

We regret to hear that you did not enjoy the wine, and that you believe they are overpriced.  You received 6 bottles for $49.98, which is $8.33 per bottle.  I see in the notes on your account that you requested to return the wine.  I have attached a copy of our return policy, which...

includes a 15% restocking fee, less shipping and handling, which is why you were told by customer service that this would be deducted from your refund amount if you wish to return the wine. I also see in the notes that we offered you to keep the shipment with a 20% discount.  That would have been $6.66 per bottle.  I have attached a copy of the notes from your account for your review. With regards to someone "signing you up without your knowledge", it appears you placed your wine membership order by mailing in one of our promotions that you would have received in the mail.  We received your order form on Oct. 31, 2016, along with a check for $49.98.  I have attached a copy of this form that shows the date received, as well as your signature.  I've also attached an enlarged copy that better shows the check is in your name.  
Your account was cancelled on Nov. 16, 2016 and your confirmation number is 523155.  Since it appears there was confusion on whether you placed this order or not, I will issue you a full credit of $49.98.  Please allow 7-10 business days for the money to show in your account.

Please see the attached images. The member signed up through an Alaskan Airlines promotion which stated clearly on the website that the member would receive monthly shipments. Also, in the terms and conditions, it stated there would be an annual fee.

READ THE FINE PRINT. they can get out of giving you your miles on ANYTHING. I did receive wine, so if that's what you're after, it's mediocre. BUT IF YOU'RE USING TO GET MILES, DON;T.

Sorry, I feel your company is a bait and switch deal. You offered me to join with a mileage offer from Delta and then you advised that I would NOT RECEIVE ANY MILES UNLESS I KEEP BUYING MORE WINE. We do enjoy wine but I find your tactics underhanded. As the publisher of Resort and Travel Magazine I will no longer deal with your company.

Requested full refund in the amount of $117.49 for the shipment the member was told was cancelled. I have requested the refund as of today 1/6/2015. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to post to the account.
