  In response to the above complaint, we have taken appropriate steps to ensure that all customers receive a positive service and quality experience at our store All customer complaints are addressed by the manager and owner for improvement in our store performance The owner has spoke with this customer and offered to meet with him to discuss his concerns; however, the customer rather rudely declined the offer This customer has frequented our restaurant on many occasions and we have done our best to address his concerns and provide quality sandwiches and friendly service to all customers

  I asked the cashier for 5 packs of *** 100s. She bagged and sold me 5 packs of regular ***. I walked home and realized the mistake. The next morning I walked back and tried to exchange them. They told me they wouldn't do it because some people had injected something into the cigarettes years ago and then returned them. The cigarettes were undamaged, unopened and I had a receipt.   I went into this McDonalds on 12/24/19 (Christmas Eve) and received THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!
