WeddingWire serves as a neutral platform for newlyweds to share their experiences with the community. These experiences in the form of a written review are the full opinion... and editorial rights of the client of a business. Unless a review violates WeddingWire’s Terms of Use, we do not remove reviews. To determine whether or not a review abides by or violates WeddingWire’s Terms of Use, a vendor is able to formally dispute any review their business receives by logging in to their WeddingWire account.This business has formally disputed this particular negative review from within their WeddingWire account, which means it is hidden on their public storefront. The WeddingWire Dispute Team has reached out to the reviewer requesting either a signed contract or proof of payment verifying whether or not they were in fact a paying customer of [redacted] . If we receive the necessary documentation verifying this individual was in fact a client of theirs, the review will be reinstated on the [redacted] account. If we do not receive the necessary documentation, then the review will be removed entirely. The reviewer has a total of 60 days from the start of this process (which was on 10/27) to send us the necessary documentation. We spoke to [redacted] from [redacted] on Friday 10/30/2015 morning at 11:30am and explained our review policy and verification process in detail to him. Dear BBB,Thank you for bringing [redacted] s concerns to our attention (case # [redacted] ). [redacted] entered into a one-year agreement with WeddingWire in July 2015. WeddingWire only offers 1-year agreements. However, [redacted] was eligible to cancel at any time after six months by notifying... WeddingWire. The details of the agreement and the special option to cancel were provided over the phone and via email at the time of purchase. [redacted] spoke with our Customer Success team on October 26, 2015 about her desire to cancel at the earliest possible date. The terms of the agreement with WeddingWire was discussed with [redacted] and the original purchase confirmation email, with agreement details, was also re-sent per [redacted] 's request. [redacted] expressed her intention to exercise the early cancellation at the six-month mark (December 2015) in accordance with the agreement. agreement early for any reason after the completion of six months of paid serviceSubsequently, on April 29, 2016, *** *** entered into an agreement with WeddingWire for a Featured listing with these terms communicated in writingTherefore, it is unfortunate to hear of *** ***'s consternation regarding the terms; since then we have made numerous attempts to help, the last outreach being on June 7, At this time, we are still communicating with *** *** via email to work through his concerns and will continue to do so.
