Because we advise the polishing will be pristine, we will ensure that the lens edges will be smooth, but we do not nor have we ever guaranteed a specific level of polish and resulting sheen on the lens edges.As such, the customer is welcome to return the glasses for inspection; however, we do advise that if the lenses are smooth, we will issue a 50% refund as per our posted worry free warranty regarding these lenses

I will never use this company again due to their poor customer service, carelessness, and lack of personally responsibility They broke my glasses frame, did not inform me at the time I received the frames back and contacted them to see if they planned to replace the broken part Instead of an apology they stated they were not responsible when they break frames They said the broken part was inconsequential to function and cosmetics They blamed me saying they didn't want to use the frames but I had insisted And they wished me an enjoyable day and a great weekend! Then the representative said he would reprocess them

As stated on the phone you are entitled to a free replacement frameWe can either send this frame to you so you can have it replaced locally or you can send the glasses back to us and we can replace it for you

Your first attempt at re-lensing my Oakley Evade titanium frames ended with the lenses being sent to me not having any edge polish at all – literally rough to the touchOn a completely rimless frame like the Oakley, how do you miss something like that?
The glasses were returned to me for a second time last weekThis time, I immediately noticed the edge polish was there – perfect…right? NopeI opened the temples, sat them on a table and the frames were twisted so unevenly that one temple was half an inch off the table surface! Again, how can you miss something so clearly wrong?
I understand mistakes happen, but in both cases, we’re talking about very obvious quality control failuresIn the end, I did my best to manhandle my poor frames and twist them back to their original shape, figuring that’s what you would do anyway if I sent them back againI decided that would be a better option than giving 39dollarglasses.com a third try to get it right

Sent my favorite glasses for new lenses to this company Received a box with a tiny screwdriver, a lens cleaning cloth, a receipt and a postcard but NO GLASSES They said someone in the postal system must have tampered with the package and taken my glasses because there was no way they could have mistakenly forgotten to include my glasses in teh box "That just doesn't happen." they kept saying Well, it happened They would not even give me my money back SThey said that if I'd ordered new glasses, they'd send some new ones to me, but since I didn't do that, I'm just stuck o essentially, I paid $for a tiny screwdriver and lens cleaning cloth

I purchased a pair of Oakley Chamfer eyeglass frames for $and sent them to 39dollarglasses.com to have lenses fitted and installedI placed the lens order for $and mailed them on February **, I received the glasses back on March **, and inspected them upon arrivalI found three separate cracks in the upper right portion of the framesThis was from incorrect measurement and fitting of the lenses, causing the structural integrity to be compromised and crack

To keep it short and sweet
I paid $for glasses that literally just fell apart six months after owning themThey were constantly crooked and I brought them into several repair shops
They drill directly into the lenses so nobody locally can repair these thingsEverybody told me the lenses were garbage
All I want to the company to do is repair my glasses but they wontMaybe it's because they cant, who knows

I ordered a pair of glasses, but I could not see clearly out of one of the lenses The company told me that the technician, which made the glasses, confirmed they were made correctly and, therefore, I was only entitled to a 50% refund They disregarded the fact that I took the identical script to ***, which made the glasses correctly Clearly, the glasses I purchased form this company were not made correctly and, therefore, I should receive a full refund

While we appreciate the sizing being provided, we also requested the model number of the frame, as per our prior response, and also as per our conversation with him. Because he could not tell us the model number of the frame he sent us, we sent him photos to choose the frame, and we are currently in the process of locating and procuring the frame for him, as promised.
