I have ordered a pair of glasses and would like to return them per the guarantee on the websiteI have completed their online contact form but the company has not responded with a number that they say you must have to return the glasses

I have been purchasing glasses online for almost a decade nowThis is the first time I've used 39dollarglasses.com
The glasses never fit right, I had to take them for adjustments and because of how weak this frame is they always fall out of alignmentI tried to complain but was hit with bitter customer support who told me to bring them to a local shop
Time went on and that leads me to today
I didn't spend dollars on my glassesI spent $and I expected the quality of a $pair of glassesI got the quality of a dollar pair of glassesThis isn't rightI've never had a pair of glasses less than a year old just fall apart
I called to see if they could repair the glasses
They told me they could send me out a free frameI asked the customer support lady, is this something I can replaceShe said well you could try but you should just take them to a local shop
Well I've been to local shops and they all told me I cannot re-frame these glassesTh

I ordered pair of glasses in December *, When I received that pair, I wore them for several days before I noticed a mark on the left lens (interior side, not exterior side) When I used my finger nail to see if it was a hair, the scratch became worse
I returned the original pair, asking for a remake Was told it would cost $74.45, which I agreed to pay
Due to incompetence at the company, the remake was done twice I was charged $twice, and sent pairs of glasses in different shipments When I tried on the first shipment, the first remake pair had another scratch on the left lens I did not try to use my finger nail, and that scratch was unaffected my me
Then the second shipment arrived, and without trying the glasses on I saw the left lens also had a scratch
I have photo evidence of the scratches for the 2nd and 3rd pairs

I'm not sure I would recommend this business to anyoneIf I did, I would warn them to not be in a rush, and what they receive may have minor issues
I ordered my Rx sunglasses on April ** and they didn't ship until April ***I appreciated the ability to track my order progress, but for the majority of the time all I saw was a red alert saying my order didn't pass inspection and that they were expediting it through the process and I wouldn't see any more updates until they shippedThat was frustrating, but I appreciated the quality control and was willing to wait a little longer for them to get things rightHowever, when I received my glasses today there was a chip in the top edge of the right lens anywayFor such a delayed process, I wasn't expecting the glasses to have an issue like that when I finally got themThankfully, the chip isn't in an area that seems to impact my vision, so I will probably avoid the hassle of returning them and waiting another two weeks for a replacement -- which may or may not have the same issues or worseThe glasses themselves seem like a good quality and comfortable

Our advice was that we would be happy to correct the issue the customer is encounteringWe are unsure how this has become something else, but to clarify, we have advised we are happy to bring the glasses back, and correct any problems there may bePlease note that we have NOT stated we will simply replicate any issue the customer is encountering; we will correct the problem. Since we have never been in possession of the glasses since the customer has advised of these issues, it is clear that we cannot make accurate advice at this early stage; should the customer wish to have the problem corrected, she is welcome to return the glasses to us for this, and, as advised when we last spoke to her directly, at our cost

I ordered glasses from 39dollarglasses.com in July, and when they arrived I couldn't see through them, the Rx was wrong I sent them back (a hassle which requires a return mailing label request and long form and they ask you to pay postage)
They re-made them, incorrectly AGAIN I had to have the frames checked twice, AND went to my eye doc to re-check the Rx he gave me in the firts place, which was fine
Now I have to wait again for another mailing label and long form and hope and pray that the THIRD time they will get it right Or if not that I will be able to get my money back

Frst of all I have no proof of refund. Second, they have not ordered replacement frames, they lie. I have the proof in emails. I have provided them multiple sourcing options, multiple times for the replacement frames we agreed upon. They have refused to place the order through these sources and continue to make excuses.The negligently damaged some very expensive Oakley aluminum frames. They negligently tried to install lens they manufactured that were out of spec. They also damaged the frames trying to force them together, ultimately stripping the frame screw. They tried to the frame, but the effort was not completed by a professional. The tap was not plumb and blged the frame. Any jeweler professional would have completed the repair correctly.I have been waiting two months for my order!I have it in writing from the company that they agreed to replace my frames with the same model. We have a contract, there was an offer, there was acceptance and there was consideration. There was a meeting of the minds. These people are unreasonable, illogical and liars.

I will never do any business with this company again I purchased a pair approximately years ago and the lenses showed up scratched The frame was also bent but the lenses were the bigger problem I returned the pair and they provided an acceptable replacement I decided to try them again in September of (my mistake) Like before, this pair showed up scratched The scratch is obvious; it is very easy to see Either their quality control is abysmal or their processing is flawed and they send out scratched lenses hoping the customer won't have a problem with them A 33% success rate is not acceptable Do not waste your time with this company Note: these aren't $dollar glasses for me; my prescription is high so I need to upgrade the lenses to prevent them from being too thick Very disappointing

Ordered glasses for my husband They arrived and hinge was weak Since we had tried to order a pair in the past and also had bad luck we decided to mail these back and purchase through eye doctor I called the number indicated to get the return process started She (Vanessa) said they would be e-mailing me the paperwork to send them back for a refundNever mentioned the refund amount I finally looked today and realized I only received about $of my expected $ I was never made aware of the 30%restocking fee, assuming I would be given full credit

Purchased a pair of glasses from this company
Advertising on their website noted the following items/amenities as part of the purchase price: (quoted below)
(a) Tough scratch-resistant coatings
(b) 100% UV Protection
(c) Pristinely polished lens edges
The glasses I received did not have lenses whose edges were polished, edges are grainy and grayish, they are just cut plastic/resin I will be happy to forward photos showing the unpolished edges of these lenses

We apologize once again for the customer's confusion; however, the wording of our policy does clearly state that the warranty applies to the original order. The warranty as it is written states that the full refund or remake at no cost is on the original order, and if it were intended to apply to all orders including remade orders, we would not advise that the customer is able to have their original order refunded or remade at no cost.Additionally, the policy specifically states that the original order is warranted more than once. In addition to the instructions portion of our warranty that the customer advises in her response, we direct the customer to the first paragraph:"If you are unhappy for ANY REASON you may return your eyeglasses for a full refund on your original order (except shipping, which is not refundable) or a one-time exchange at no cost"It states Our warranty offers a free remake for any reason with no restocking or penalty to the customer on the original order, in our ongoing effort to provide our customers with a remake in case there is a change required to their original order. However, because we do incur costs for offering one free remake for any reason, a refund after we have remade the order is advised at 50%, and a remake is likewise assessed a 50% remake fee

This company provides poor quality products and after you have spent much more than $for frames and lenses from this firm, the frames start chipping off paint before six months I sent the company a message on their website and asked for a solution I have not been contacted by anyone from this organization I would not recommend this company to anyone and based on the way they do business I would say they lack integrity and honesty in backing their products
