I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com the first of August (ID # ***) and received a message its closedI received a call from
the Suntrust Bank in August from an Advocate who said he'll be dealing with meFrom that date, he never called me back to resolve the problemMy complaint involves the incorrect charges received from Suntrust from a deposit of 7,I explained to the Advocate I did not want to deal with their employee, Mark Moran as he is the one who lied to me therefore I request someone at a higher level or comparable level resolving my issueMark Moran is trying to charge me extra fees of an attorney and real estate as I was not told any of these fees would be charged to meThere are only two fees I'm to pay for, appraisal and a Phase gas test

SunTrust agreed to remove the fraudulent loan from my credit report, which they should have done months ago However, they have declined to provide any compensation As a result of the fraudulent loan that they reported, my credit rating was ruined Due to the bad credit rating, my own bank declined an interest rate adjustment that I requested on a line of credit, causing me to accrue interest charges Later, as a result of the bad credit rating, I had my credit line reduced significantly Furthermore, I spent numerous hours over many months trying to get SunTrust to resolve the issue It was a draining experience I asked SunTrust to compensate me $5, They have not offered me anything, even as a token gesture I kindly ask them to reconsider

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.According to the document that Sun Trust has submitted to address my complaint ,they issued a check for $dated 7/26/that was attached to the review if escrow overage There was no check attached to this documentI called to Sun Trust on Aug and spoke at length with Juron M*** of Sun Trust to ask about the inconsistency of the numbersI also told him that I never received a check for this amountHe said that he would follow up to find if the check was ever issued and mailed to me and to verify if it was ever cashedI waited for his response but I was never contacted by himI called Sun Trust on Aug and spoke with Nicole H***, Yacunda P***, Rene R***None of our conversations was able to resolve my questions about the refund check I called again on Aug and spoke with Juron M***I asked to speak with his supervisor but he said that she was unavailable and he had no information about he re-issuance of the check after he checked to see if it had been cashedThat is when I decided to file a complaint that was based on the run around that I was getting from different Sun Trust representatives Until this check is reissued and delivered to me I will consider this complain unresolved

I know I might keep saying that but in the end they (Suntrust)made over $2500-in insuffesunt funds alone over my husbands death and left me and my son not knowing what we were going to doI called everydayThen I talk to Kathy *** she tells me a simple NO I won't be receiving one dime back ! I ask to speak to the President of the Bank! Do I not have that right? He has my money! She gAve me a number just to get me off the phone! I have never in my life seen such greed and disrespect and lack of compassion in my life! I hate what this world had came to! You are stealing from a widow and a child! We all will answer one day for what we do here on earth! I mean it blows my mindAll I wanted is what was oursI don't plan on giving up!
