What's unresolved was the fact they received $28,in MayInstead of "crediting" my May payment towards that amount they sent me to collections for not sending an additional *** That makes no sense and is not in compliance with FCRAI wanted them to at least acknowledge they should not have sent me to collections as there wasn't a default on the account
