Aside from being extremely polite, professional, informative, and pleasant, he and his partner (sorry, can't remember his name) came to my rescue at AT NITE to aid me with a leaking water heater IN MY ATTIC! I was SO grateful for their help and they could not have been more pleasant and efficient Even the initial dispatcher I spoke with on the phone was empathetic and helpful in assuring me help would soon be on the wayFIVE STAR SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH!!! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!
