I had a very negative experience with an employee of A#air yesterdayAt the corner of and El Dorado near Little Elm, a driver in one of the corporate trucks was behind my carMy wife was driving and my and year old girls were in the back seatThe driver/employee apparently felt my wife was not driving fast enoughHe sped up and almost hit our car to pull up behind usHe then yelled profanities at my wife and gave her the middle finger, all in front of my two young daughtersHe then pulled ahead of us and almost hit our car to get in front of usHe then slammed on the breaks and my wife had to do the same to keep from hitting the vanI'm furious, especially because it happened in front of my daughtersThey asked what those words meant and what it means to "point your big finger to the sky."
*** was a very knowledgeable technician who took the time to explain the issues with our AC unit and he was honest about our optionsThis was a simple maintenance inspection but Dustin was very thorough
I called A#1Air to repair a problem that different plumbing companies had been unable to fix These plumbers had been dispatched to our home through our home warranty company We had our house sold and it was crucial that this problem be repaired in a limited window of time and the warranty company had already wasted weeks of that time Adam, a technician with A#Aircame to our home the same day I called them Even though one of the other plumbers had taken the broken part to try and find a replacement, that didn't deter Adam from jumping in with no hesitation He immediately called his contact for parts and found that a "replacement" part that would work could be ordered He assured me that he could fix the problem and would return as soon as the part came in He kept his word and more the part came in within a few days and he called me the day it came in to say if it was ok, he'd pick up the part right then and head over to our house to fix it He did and made the repair to our great satisfaction He was also a very personable friendly guy and had me relaxed about the whole situation I had stressed over it for weeks through different plumbers and to him, it was not a problem I can't say how much I appreciate his demeanor and his quick attention to getting the job done for us Great job Adam! I was very pleased by Milton *** He was extremely friendly, professional, and courteousHe answered the few questions I had and made recommendations when answering those questions
I have had to have A# Air come out about a month ago Ended up having to get a new unit Every single person I had to deal with from person on phone making the appoint to Damian who check the problems , to person who came out to sell the unit to the people who put the unit in, everyone was very professional and went above and beyond to answering all my questions
Now, our second unit stopped blowing cold air Both *** and Chris were so polite and professional and got the issue fixed in minutes
