Nathan was called by the dispatcher at 10:Pm and was at my house within the hour to assist with a late night washing machine drain leak all over the kitchen floorHe was clean and polite as he got right to work starting about PM After looking it over, he determined the drain from the washer was plugged which had caused the water to flow out of the lowpoint of the AC drain tube He rotor rooted the drain with the equipment he had in his van and solved the problem within about minuteshe tested it to make sure all drained well, cleaned up the mess and I was back in business He was cheerful, wore his little booties in my house, knowledgeable and easy to converse withI was really stressed as I had just made a deal to sell my house and was fearful of water damage and big problems Love A#Air's hour serviceIt was my third visit with this company and I would recommend them to everyone for plumbing, electrical and air conditioning issues

AAir went beyond what is normally expected in customer service The AC quit working due to a motor that transfer the cold air A part was ordered and came in overnight, however the part was the wrong one The technician Justin took it upon himself to drive to Dallas to get the correct part and repair the AC that day, as it was Friday, and he did not want us to be without air conditioning through the weekend In my experience this is operating procedures for AAir and their technicans I have had nothing but outstanding service from them since I have been a customer The very best company I have dealt with in the Dallas Fort Worth area
