I had my A/C unit serviced this morning, by *** Bell from A # Air He arrived on time, was very informative in explaining what he would be doing He inspected the unit and found no issues He was professional and polite I have been using this company since 2008, and have never had a problem with them

Sam did a very thorough assessment and service of my A/C unit He changed the filter and also wrote the date on the new one to help me better gage replacement window He also gave me some great tips to ensure I maximize the overall life of my unit He cleaned up after himself (even took my old filter and box from the new one so it would overload my trash bin!) and made sure both the attic deck door was locked and secured and attic light off (I checked As this isn't always the case!) Cindy in dispatch is fantastic, always checks in with status updates and is very familiar with my home and service needs and expectations and consistently exceeds them!
I would like to say Bryan is a highly professional technician and very truthful and helpfulI wish all techs were like himThank you for being honest and helpful
