The technician was right on time. He identified himself and showed me his badge (which I appreciated). He got right to work. I followed him around asking everything he was doing and he explained in terms I could understand.At the end of the diagnostics he explained the system looked great and he didn't see any issues that needed fixing, instead of trying to Up Sale me. Again I appreciated that. Now I have piece of mind that my A/C is in good working condition!He also explained that they do sell a VERY GOOD Service contract that I am now contemplating on getting. Overall Very Good experience !
We just had our furnace and AC system replaced by A#1 AIR. The installing technicians were very professional and placed floor coverings along the pathways and work areas.
After the install was completed, David Wain provided detail training on the new iComfort WiFi thermostat.
If the system works as well as the install techs did and we realize the utilities savings, we will be very happy.
Matt did a great job, and only did what we requested. He also made some very useful recommendations which is the long run will extend the life of our units.
We had several guys come out from A#1 Air to help us with our AC unit and they were all great! They worked very hard to figure out what was wrong, drove all over town tracking down parts for us and were very flexible with my schedule. I had a great experience with this company!!
David was very pulled together and knew his products as well as solutions to the problems we have had with our old air conditioning systems. He gave detailed information on everything we asked about and seemed very confident. We're both happy with the final contract and are looking forward to our new A/C systems. Great job David!
I'm not sure if Ryan was the representative. This man was from Weatherford. He was very polite and knowledgeable. I also appreciate their phone calls to tell me when they would be here.
This HVAC based company is highly reliable and professional. They are both prompt and honest with the only drawback, in my particular case, being the inflated cost of the part that was replaced (capacitor for the blower motor of furnace in attic).
It was a pleasure working with the tech from A#1 Air, Milton, recently. He was on time, extremely efficient, explained the few minor issues that we had, promptly fixed those issues, and left the areas cleaner than when he arrived. It is rare to find those qualities in a service technician and their company, and it is one of the main reasons we chose A#! Air to service our home.
I never leave reviews but after a frustrating situation with a company trying to get our air conditioner fixed in the Texas heat, I tried A #1 Air and I am so happy I did! They worked me in right away, kept me up to date, sent me information on my air tech prior to arrival. Once he arrived he walked me through what was wrong, was very friendly and even walked me through regular maintenenance. Ralph was fantastic and I will definitely be using A #1 Air again and requesting him!
Jeff [redacted] (plumber) was fantastic. Very nice. Accommodating. Wanted to be sure I was happy with the way the work was done. He had to crawl under my house several times and despite the fact that such work is never fun, he did it with a big smile and great attitude.
A # 1 Air has exceptional service and team members. I had major concerns when I called about my AC/Heating unit, but I feel 100% better about these issues after a technician came out.
