This product was reportedly purchased through [redacted] Hamilton Beach advised the consumer that we cannot provide a refund since the product was not purchased through us Hamilton Beach did, however, offer to replace the product with a comparable oneConsumer declined our offer and said he would contact Revdex.comAs far as a shipping fee, Hamilton Beach's warranty states that the consumer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the product to us and our returning a product or component under this warranty to the consumerAt this time, we see no reason to change our policy

Please note our warranty policy states: "This product is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchaseDuring this period, your exclusive remedy is repair or replacement of this product or any component found to be
defective, at our option; however, you are responsible for all costs associated with returning the product to us and our returning a product or component under this warranty to you."

Based on the information provided, the can opener is out of warranty., Which is for one yearHamilton Beach offered a replacement at a discounted price, plus shippingConsumer declined

HBB agreed to send consumer a replacement unitPer the terms of the limited warranty noted in the use and care manual that accompanied the subject unit, the consumer is responsible for shipping chargesHBB does not see a reason to change its policy

The company Hamilton Beach sent me a return authorization to send the coffee maker backI packed the coffee maker up and shipped it back with the shipping label they provided me via email.I sent the coffee maker back on the day they sent me the return authorization form but yet I haven't received anything as of yet Can you please check with the company to see why its been over three weeks and when I will get my refund check Thank you for you assistance in this matter.*

The shipping fee for consumer's first replacement was waived as a one time courtesyWhen consumer called regarding his second incident, he did not confirm he wanted another replacementWe did however, offer to reduce the shipping feeConsumer is correctPer the terms of our limited warranty,
which is stated in the use and care manual that accompanies the subject coffeemaker, the consumer is responsible for shipment when returning an itemWe would like to obtain consumer's coffeemaker for analysisWe will send a prepaid shipping label to the consumer, so we can obtain the unitIf the consumer does want another replacement, please have him contact HBBThe offer for a reduced shipping feel remains the same

The customer reached out to Revdex.com and stated that after waiting for this refund check he has not been provide that refund

Under our one year limited warranty, the cost of the replacement unit is coveredHowever, the shipping cost for UPS to deliver the replacement directly to the consumer, is not coveredThis information is noted in your use and care guide, under the limited warrantyHBB explained this to the
consumer and also offered a discounted shipping feeWe see no reason to change our policy at this time

Revdex.com:when will they notify me of the replacement being shipped to me and I would like them to provide me a tracking number as I have been bounced around to long and barely take them to seriouslyThank you so much I heard this to many times before and nothing was ever done by Hamilton Beach so this time I want to make sure they actually send me the replacement

As explained to the consumer, without having a receipt of purchase, we follow the warranty policy based on the series code of the product Based on this information, the product is out of warrantyIf the consumer can provide a receipt, we will be happy to refund the full amount
