Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
Your response is not true.  My dog ate a sock, and the reason he died was due to the delay in care. Eating the sock wasn't fatal.
If the sitter would have taken him to the vet when he stopped being able to walk, was lethargic, stopped eating,(or had even communicated those symptoms) etc then he would have survived.  The reason he died was because of the duration the sock was in his intestines and the lack of reasonable action.
If *** had been taken sooner, surgery would not have been required and they would not have had to remove 70% of his intestines (a result of the sock working its way through his intestinal track over the time he went untreated.)  The vet can confirm that they would have been able to remove the sock through his mouth had the appropriate action been taken by the sitter that I hired through you.
The only reason my dog was eventually taken to the vet was because my friend (not the sitter) came over and the sitter was not there.  My friend saw *** and his dire condition and rushed him to the emergency room.
*** never recovered from the surgery.
Sincerely,*** ***

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
Hi Kate,
Please elaborate, explain in details why I am not fit for Rover.  I registered in September, you accepted me, October past you accepted, November past you accepted me, December came you accepted me, with a total dogs count I believe of 13 dogs.  Come January, a dog owner went thru Rover did not pay, Rover did not get 20%, I did not get 80%, and yet took care of the dog for free for 6 days!
What is it that Rover thinks [redacted] is not fit to be a dog sitter at Rover?  If I am not a dog-lover, why would I go online and dog-sit?  If I don't care about dogs, why would I raised and cared for one dog that lasted 13 yrs, and a 2nd dog that lasted 18 yrs that past away Dec 21, 2015.
What is it that Rover is not happy about me or my profile? Please explain or be specific or elaborate in detail.  Because I don't think Rover is being fair, reasonable, or can I say 'I am being discriminated upon.'
Thanks!
