AJanitorial Supply sent an unauthorized product- claiming no charge, invoice arrives days later We initially received a telephone call from this company claiming they had a product ready to send us and that it had been delayed due to being stuck in customs due to damage They insisted that it had been ordered by my maintenance department [redacted] I told the sales rep not to send the product - I did not want it, nor would I accept it They tried once again a few days later with one of my employees who also refused the shipment The company sent the product anyway and unfortunately an unknowing employee at the counter signed for it I knew immediately what was happening and called the 1-# Told the operator what had happened and that I would not pay for the product as I knew an invoice would be soon following The person acted very surprised and ensured me the sales re

AJanitorial Supply is a company that uses the poor business practice of convincing you that you're getting a product for free, then billing you and persistently harassing you to pay for that product when you had no intention of ever buying it in the first place My story is the same as most who reviewed this companyThey called me up out of the blue and asked if I was interested in their productI said not reallyThe sales rep convinced me to accept a sample and that it would cost me nothingI said fineThe product came followed by a $bill a few weeks later To no surprise, when I called to resolve this, [redacted] I called times and talked to different peopleI asked both of them to turn me over to their manager, and both of them claimed to be the managerWhen one of them realized that I wasn't gonna let her go until the problem was resolved, she started pretending that the line was breaking up and then she hang up on me, even though neither of us were on a cell phones I could spend more time writing about my bad experience with this company, but it's not worth my timeThe bottom line is, do not deal with this companyIf they call you, don't even give them the courtesy of telling them you're not interestedJust hang up

A sales person From AJanitorial contacted our maintenance person and said he wanted to send us a sample trial of his product Nothing about a cost or charge that would be charged just a sample trial size He was told we didn't require the product but he said he would send it anyways We were then sent an invoice When we contacted them to let them know this was in error and we would be sending back the product they said they don't do sample sizes The product is non returnable and that the account would remain open until paid I told them we would not be paying the invoice as we did not approve the delivery They said it would just remain open We will be sending the product back COD but they were very rude on the phone [redacted] they say there will be a sample sent then bill for the company without prior confirmation for the order

This business is continuing the practice of forwarding product and demanding paymentThe [redacted] [redacted] is now dealing with this instance Accounts payable is now gathering all data and correspondenceWe received another call from them demanding payment today September 9,They will not provide an address for us to return the product

This company has been sending us product based on a conversation with a housekeeping employee by telephone two years ago when we did NOT place an orderThey keep sending us buckets of cleaning chemicals that cannot be returned by [redacted] and then invoice us by faxWe have tried on several occasions both the employee whose name was used and myself, her manager to get them to stop sending us product because it is just a [redacted] to force us to buy their chemicals and they are defiant and insist we orderedWe have NEVER ordered anything from this companyThey simply made a phone call two years ago, got an employee's name and are using this name to [redacted] us into thinking it was ordered by maintenance.All they keep saying when we call is why did you sign for it at the post office and why did you pay the invoice twice? We ordered epoxy patching material in May It arrived and we paid the invoice of $ Then our maintenance man received a call from the company They told him that the product they sent him was missing a hardener and they would send another bucket He told them that the product is complete and not to send another bucket They did anyways and then sent us an invoice for $but it was for powdered drain sewer opener They mailed it and faxed it to us twice The invoice # is *** Our ID # is *** We did not pay as we did not order any product We called them September 6, They claim that they sent more as we ordered times the amount of product but 2/of it was damaged in transit and then they sent the last 2/and billed for it when it was sent Problems with this:

products not ordered were shipped and when asked to return they said we could not return them and they keep hounding us to pay for the invoice
AJanitorial sent a chemical product sample then sent a full order of the chemical that was not orderedWhen trying to return it we were told that it could not be returned because of federal lawThey have been told that we will not be paying this invoice and they have said it will be sent to collection, *** Their faxes and phone calls are becoming more aggressiveI would like this taken care of as soon as possibleThe invoice should be cancelled and they can pick up their product if we are not federally allowed to return it
