Purchased car and within few weeks began having issues with brand new car. In less than a year, I had alternator, berrings, band, brakes, fuel pump, fuel line and transmission issues and other bulletin issues resolved. I
had to file a complaint with Nissan Corp and Revdex.com for ABC to finally check my car in detail. When I picked up my car, I was told to fill out survey and give good scores as my previous have not been so good. I did fill out with better ratings than before. However, next day I received a call from [redacted], Service Manager, that I still gave a bad survey and what was up with that. I explained again I'm not happy with the car, I'm not happy I had to go higher up for them to finally look at my car in more detail. Then [redacted] said I need to go somewhere else! So because they provide very poor customer service, sold bad product with a warranty that is saving me on this not dependable new car, I'm suppose to give good score on survey, and I didn't so now I'm told to go somewhere else. Good customer service goes a long way. If they would have shown a little concern and stood by their product I would be happy because I saw they cared. But all I see is they only car to get the sale, once the car is off the lot they don't care.

My experience with Abc Nissan was great, they answered all my questions and my salesman was very knowledgable. I am very pleased with my new vehicle. I will recommend them to my friends and family.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.I find it interesting that the letter was from [redacted] the general manager of ABC Nissan.  I never spoke with him.  On Sunday 2/16/2014 I received a phone call late in the afternoon from [redacted] [who evidently is the manager of the customer service dept] I returned her phone call Monday 2/17 and left a message, no response.  Left a message on 2/18/ no response.  Left a message 2/18 no response.  On 2/20 I called and found out she was off on Thursdays, I asked why she had not responded the young lady at front reception had no idea but transferred me to an Alex and got his voice mail and left a message, no response.  I finally called back and asked who [redacted] boss was and was told [redacted] but he was out of town, I asked who his boss was and they gave me [redacted] assistant?] and we communicated about my issues.  [redacted] was very thorough, however that said after this experience and horrid customer service this will not happen again, I will contact the extended warranty company explain my problems, and request my future service be at a Ford dealership NOT owned my the ABC Nissan Company.  We will see how Monday goes when I pick-up my car. Regards,[redacted]

I made an attempt to purchase a nissan altima with this company. I mentioned that there were scratches and a dent in the bumper that bothered me which I was told the mpp service that I purchased will take the dent out and buffer the scratches. I was asked to return for a meeting that I promptly arrived to and the person who made the appointment was not there. I was told that they had the wrong social and that my income was written incorrectly as well when I dont recall giving a specific mnthly income besides my paystubs and saying how much I get paid hourly. They also mentioned that mpp does not cover bumper dents and my address was incorrect on the temporary. I asked if I could return the vehicle and start over with a new one, I was told that this could not happen legally however they would call me after the weekend. I waited 3 business days before I contacted them and made them aware that I will be traveling out of state and need to know if I was approved or not. I was then told that I was in fact approved and need to come into the dealership to "finalize the loan" I mentiomed that if I was approved there is nothing for me to sign and I dont need to come in. They said that they have a better offer on the car and I have to come in. I mentioned that if I need to come in then I would bring the car back and I was asked to speak with a financial advisor. When I arrived to return the keys I was told that they didnt know I was bringing the car back, they had a sales manager tell me that I am legally binded to the car by the contract and cannot leave it. I asked for proof that a bank approved my loan according to what I signed and they left me alone with my friend in the office for 30min. I then spoke with the man who sold the car to me and he asked if I would sign if they fixed the bumper and buffer the scratches for me. I responded no because of the bad service I have recieved so far. I said I would leave the keys with him and he refused to take them. I left them on the desk and took a picture. Another manager came in and asked me not to take pictures of leaving the keys and that I need to pay for the added miles on the car. As I walked away they sarcastically asked to refund the downpayment and if I wanted water or popcorn to take home. I responded "I came here and did not disrespect any of you, I tried to be nice and content and handle business but you make it very difficult to do" I took pictures of the car parked in their lot and they came out and snatched the temporary plates off of the car so I couldnt take any more pictures of it.

I really loved my experience I had at ABC Nissan. I didn't end up buying a car because of my credit, but I never felt pressured at all while I was there. Cory found me a car I loved and fit my needs. I know I will be back to buy soon and wouldn't go to anyone but Cory! If anyone is looking for a car go see Cory! He really cared about me not just about making money!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.My primary purpose for not accepting ABC Nissan's bogus apology and fabricated story is because first of all, I am the one who wrote the three major credit bureaus disputing the transaction of this establishment. Second, clear disclosure was made not to run my credit. I am following the instructions of my loan officer from [redacted], not to mention  the two hour, one on one credit course that I had to take. I am in the process of purchasing a home, and no major hits should be displayed on my credit report for the next 90 days. Of course they did not know this, because it's on a need to know basics. They blatantly disregarded my concerns, took it upon themselves to do as they wish. This behavior is not acceptable, not tolerated and unprofessional.  I wish to pursue to the fullest extent of the law. This act is punishable by the [redacted]. When does no, mean NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I never believed buying a car was so easy. From the moment I got out of my car, Mike R[redacted] from ABC Nissan offered his help, walked me through the whole process and stayed by my side until the purchase was complete. He took the time to show me his inventory and from the moment I choose one, he showed me how to program all the features of the vehicle.

This dealership refused to cover warrant work. They turned me away after taking the day off to get my truck serviced. They claimed it was bc my vehicle was manufactured in Canada. I gave them my vin before I even scheduled the appointment and they didnt mention a problem. After contacting multiple dealerships, they confirmed that my warranty does transfer to usa. The dealership just needs to do some extra work to contact nissan Canada to be paid. I contacted the dealership back. They still refused to cover the warranty work. Claimed I had to contact nissan canada to be reimbursed after I paid them myself. Which is not correct. They suggested that I take my truck to a dealership that was over an hour away to get the work done. All because they didn't want to do the extra work to be paid. Craig was very rude, zero customer service, didn't even attempt to contact nissan Canada to confirm anything. Just absolutely refused to help. Never would I recommend this dealership for a purchase, especially if this is the service you can expect from them. Not to mention the service quality that would be performed, probably better off getting serviced somewhere else anyways.

I just purchased a 2014 Juke with these guys after shopping around and inquiring at other Nissan dealerships. My sales associate, [redacted], went out of his way to make me feel comfortable purchasing my first car. Unlike my experiences at other dealerships, I was treated like genuine person and did not get the "sketchy car salesman vibe" at all. I liked that my needs were heard outright and they gladly worked with them instead of being pushy. Thanks, [redacted] and management!

[redacted] is the best!!! I was having problems getting financed, even my own bank wouldn't finance me. [redacted] was able to work his magic and not only did he get me into a vehicle, he sold me a new 2014 Sentra. I'm sure I was a headache for [redacted] but he never showed it and stayed patient the whole time with a smile on his face. Before you go anywhere else go see [redacted] at ABC Nissan you won't be disappointed. [redacted]

My Ex wife had bought a car from Jessica last year and was so pleased with her that she recommended me to Jessica as well. She is impressive, she knows her inventory and car features, she`s polite, funny, kind, and very professional. I would recommend her over any car sales person I have met.

Dear All, Beware of all guys from ABC Nissan , because they will cheat you and sell you crappy Vehicles with Mechanical problems literally cheat you with pricing on sale and what you will pay after financing. These people have lots and lots of cars at good price shows on internet. But when you go there, they will make you wait for long and make you nervous and then sell you all kind to protection plans and warranties and coverage, which you don't need. But eventually that will adds up in your car financing amount and you will end-up paying lot more money than you expected. After you buy a car and go home. Then you think of calling and asking for help.....they will transfer you and transfer and put you on the hold for long enough that you hang-up yourself. Really crap service, but they sell lots of cars by putting good price on internet... and cheats people when they go to buy there.I recently purchase a brand new 2014 Nissan Sentra a few days later I started to have mechanical problems found engine oil leaking isolated leak coming from back side of timing cover, found that oil gallery plug on side of timing cover had poor sealing from factory. I took it back to the dealership and requested for an exchange since am no longer comfortable with this vehicle I don't feel safe driving this car anymore they give me such a hassle when I went they try to give a used car for much more money instead of fixing this problem they were trying to screw me over I cannot believe what a horrible experience this has been I never picture buying my first car would be such a nightmare

for the cost of new tires she had purchased for her Nissan 370Z and provide her with a wheel alignment at no charge.  We assured Ms. [redacted] that her satisfaction was very important to us, and apologized for any frustration she had to encounter trying to have her vehicle's issues addressed by our staff.  She assured us that she is happy with the outcome of our meeting, and also comfirmed with our General Sales Manager that she attempted to retract the complaint with the Revdex.com after her issued had been resolved.  ABC Nissan is happy to be able to have helped Ms. [redacted] with her concerns, and hope that she remains part of the Nissan family for many years to come.
