Because the company had sent me a different color than what I had ordered and their shipping confirmation said they were sending what I did order, I didn't want to have to pay shipping again to return the wrong color case and then have the right color case sent to me (now shipping charges), I asked for them to pay the shipping costs and if they didn't want to absord the shipping costs, that I wanted a full refundThey directed me to their return/exchange policy which admittedly I didn't read prior to my purchase It states that they may send a a"LIKE" item if the ordered item was not available For exchanges the consumer must call for a Return Authorization before sending an item back and it must be received within days They further cite that: "NOTE: Any request for an authorization for an order which does not quality (any [redacted] , [redacted] or [redacted] product, or any exchange request where time has expired) will not receive any replyUnauthorized exchanges will not be acceptedFor any breach of the terms for exchanges and returns, you agree to be liable for $plus any related fees and/or damagesWe reserve the right to collect this fee by the use of a collections agency or other recovery method" At this point I have not exchanged the grey phone for a pink oneI have retracted the charge dispute with my bank I no longer wish for them to pay shipping or exchange the case because they are threatening me for breach of sale contract I have attached the email exchanges Ive had since the beginning and the last one, sking them to please cease any action against me It looks to me like the case might be counterfeit and I did some searching for the company under their website name of True Accesory as wall as under ACCtown which is how the charge appears There are numberous complaints against ACCtown (inlcuding Revdex.com complaints) Please help me I don't want to be harmed in any way for this Thank you in advance for your help [redacted] I do not want my iimpeccable credit to be marred in any way When I advised them that I had dropped the dispute, they said they had to have proof or they would proceed with damaging my credit and suing for $in breach of sale contract charges

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Accessory Outlet regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] On September **, [redacted] answered me: [redacted] On September **, I replied: I was able to get help from my local USPSI have my package Opening the package, I notice the mascaras I ordered from your on-line website look very different in real lifeThe picture of the mascara that was on the website is different from what I purchased or what was mailed to meComparing the mascara that I bought off your website, to the one I have purchased from [redacted] , I can see a VERY big difference The first sign is the color of the mascara tubeThe authentic product has a bright, silver-colored coating on both the body and cap of the tube (it is not metal, but looks it), whereas the replica tube is two-toned, the body appearing more of a purple/grey-colored silver and the lid appearing more of an oyster-colored silverThe signature,‘Real!’is a bright, radiant orange letteringThe replica signature appears more of a dull-peach tone The base of the tube displays different labelsThe replica tube contains an obvious indented line through the plastic Upon unscrewing the mascara there is a key difference in the screw-top mechanism and lookThe real mascara has a black screw-top, only containing one, raised ridge the entire way roundWhereas the replica mascara has the same color as the body of the tube, and has the raised ridge wrap-around about 2-times The mascara that was sold to me looks thick and gluey, a lot like tarIt is stringy and clings to the brush bristlesIt also has more of a paint-like smellThis rises concern of the ingredients used The authentic They’re Real mascara does not have a smell of paint, it has a usual mascara smell Benefit’s retail price of the They’re Real mascara is $per large bottle Paying $for TWO large bottles(price including shipping cost)it's obvious, your "discount sale" on the Benefit-They're Real mascara, is too good to be authentic On September **, [redacted] replied To Me: [redacted] I have not heard from the company after September **,I have been sending messages but they just stopped their reply to meSo, my issue is yet to be solved In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.Thank you so much for all your helpI finally received my products todayAfter numerous emails, contacting the post office in New Jersey & AtlantaI honestly don't think if I was not proactive in this situation I would have not received my products at allIt was not until I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com that True Accessory answered my emails
I also wanted to let you know that they have threatened me with a lawsuit of $for filing a claim with the Revdex.comThey said that they are going send my information to numerous collection agenciesNot sure if this is legal, but wanted to you all know
