Review: I purchased 4 Lifeproof cases for the iphone 5c through their website and I did not get what I ordered. I received some other unpackaged knock off cases and no invoice. I sent multiple emails through their website and no one will respond. Now I am out $180 and have been scammed. All I want is to send these back and get my money back.Desired Settlement: I want a response from the company agreeing to take back these cases and give me my money back. I do not want a credit I want my money back. I have purchased the Lifeproof cases elsewhere.

Review: On January **, 2014, I ordered a phone case (LifeProof fre Galaxy S3 Case) and paid $39.99 plus $5.99 for shipping and handling. A few days later I received in the mail a completely different phone case. I know it is different because it was we had already put on the phone - they cost about $15 at the most. It was not the LifeProof fre so I went back to the website and tried to use the company contact - which is through their website email system. I got confirmation that I would be contacted within 48 hours. It never happened. I tried about 5 or 6 different times to contact them over about a 3 week period - still no response. about 2 months later I tried to contact them again through their website - this time I got an email stating they would contact me within 24-72 hours. Still nothing.

They would even contact me to return the product for a proper exchange.

Their website says that if anybody has a problem and reports them to the Revdex.com or threatens to report them to the Revdex.com or threatens to report them to any social media within 90 days of the problem, the customer could be penalized for breach on contract and held liable for damages - something like $250 or so.

I have waited more than 90 days - so today, I sent them an email and told them I will be contact the Revdex.com and I will be reporting them as a scam to all my friends.

I want a complete refund for the phone case. This a phone case for my 14 year old daughter - she paid for the case out of money she had been saving - to buy this case. Now, she is out almost $50.

Please help.Desired Settlement: I want a complete refund from this company. After they refund the money I will return the case they sent to me - but they must pay for the shipping and handling - if they want it back.

Review: I went to [redacted] and compared LifeProof cases prices for my iPhone 4s. I clicked on True Accessory because they had the cheapest price! I placed an order and it arrived in the mail. When I opened the package the LifeProof case was not in the original box that most LifeProof cases come in. The case also had two different color parts. I looked online and confirmed it was a counterfeit case. I emailed them and they didn't reply back!Desired Settlement: I would like them to stop selling counterfeit LifeProof cases and I would like my money back!

Review: I ordered 2 iphone 4 Lifeproof cases (1 turquoise and 1 white). It did not get delivered on time. Once I emailed them about it they said they had a backorder and would ship it again. So I received a package a week later. The package did not contain what I ordered. It contained 2 iphone 5 Lifeproof cases that were unwrapped and did not include any kind of packing receipt. I emailed them again stating my new issue and they did not get back to me for a week. When I went to my previous email about the late shipping, there was a link for returns. I clicked on the link and it was an empty page. I have not yet heard an answer from them and told them I would write to the Revdex.com. I cannot return them because I did not get the gpo ahead from the company, I have no reciept, and I did not get the guarantee to get my original money as well as the money I am paying for shipping back. I am more than upset.Desired Settlement: I would like the full amount I paid for the two cases plus the original shipping as well as the amount I pay to ship the cases back to them.

Also, I ordered two- apple lightning usb cable 1.99 each and free shipping but I have to pay shipping for 9.99 around. and I tried to few times email them and they didn't respond me back. the advertisement looks like false. I have to screen shot and I can send you if you want to see it
