Revdex.com:
At this time, I have not been contacted by Accessory Outlet regarding complaint ID [redacted]. How can companies get away with doing this to people. There are several complaints about this company on here for the same exact...

reason. What good is the Revdex.com if the company can just ignore the requests and continue normal business?
Sincerely,

I have not heard from the business since I first contacted them after receiving the damaged product. The make-up pallette...

had not been wrapped at all and was totally crushed!  I do have an e-mail stating that they would send me a new relacement product. We e-mailed back and forth a couple of times. They requested photos of the damaged product, which I immediately provided. They in turn said they would replace the product. I never received the product or shipping confirmation. My future e-mails went unanswered. I opened up the case with Revdex.com and have not been contacted by True Accessory.

At this time, I have not been contacted by True Accessory regarding complaint ID [redacted]. (Since my contact with the Revdex.com I have not heard from True Accessory. I have just added a PDF of part of the True Accessory Facebook...

page where True Accessory implies that these mobile phone cases are genuine, new and sold with full warranty from LifeProof but this is not true at all as evidenced by what they sent to me.)

Review: I purchased 3 Apple charging pieces from the company per the web page it is advertised as "THIS CABLE IS CERTIFIED AND WILL WORK WITH THE NEW APPLE IOS7 AND IOS8 SOFTWARE WITHOUT ANY ERROR/PROBLEM" I have an IPAD 4 and IPHONE 5 that I was purchasing the items for and the cords and the dock do not work with any of the items. Once its plugged in it looks like as if it will charge then immediately goes to NOT CHARGING. I received the items on August *, 2014 in the afternoon when I got home that evening from work I immediately tried 2 of the items and they did not work. I contacted the company via email and informed them of this on Aug *, 2014 because this is what it says on the website on how to contact for problems, returns, exchanges etc. I tried the third cable on the morning of the [redacted] and it also didn't work so on I sent another email to them from there web page informing them that none of the charging devices worked. The 4th item were headphones and it works just fine. As of today August **, 2014 no on has responded to my email or told me what to do. Per the page it says 10 days refund or exchange and it is approaching. I either want items that work with my devices or my money back.Desired Settlement: All I want are items that work or my money back. Because its evident the items are not apple certified when they wont charge my devices.

Sincerely,

Review: This is a fraud company. Their website no longer exist. I have tried several times to call them and email them. I visit this website on 8/**/2014, on this date the website was still up. I go to purchase my item by entering my card number but then it kicked me back to enter my card number again. I found this to be odd and weird so I did not re-enter my card information. I check my account and the company has processed an unauthorized bank debit. I thought my card did not go threw at all because I didn't get a conformation or email from the company stating I have made a purchase. There is a charge of 24.97. Here is the proof from my online banking account( 09/**/2014 JRNL ENTRY - ** ###-###-#### ACCTOWN ONLINE $ -24.97) . The NY ###-###-#### number is a non working number. The website is shut down. I am not the only one complaining about this company being a fraud. The Revdex.com also has a statement about this company. The company illegally put up the Revdex.com logo and that they are an A+ rating with the Revdex.com company. It is false information. The Revdex.com has attempted to call and email the company several times for complaints and to let them know they are not affiliated with the Revdex.com so they should remove the Revdex.com logo immediately!! Still no response. I am frustrated with this whole thing. Something has to be done to stop all the unauthorized charges. Also, the company sells replica items. According to other complaints on the Revdex.com about this company. Many have received replica products. Nothing sold from this store is 100% AUTHENTIC and 100% GUARANTEED.

I have also sent an email complaint on 8/**/2014, stating the above to [redacted] and I have yet to hear back from any customer service representative.Desired Settlement: I did cancel my bank account so that the company wouldn't charge my card that was entered once but looked like it didn't go threw, so I thought! All I want is my $24.97 unauthorized money back, please. I do not want or need anything else from this company that is now nonexistent. I do not want any problems. Just my issue to be solved. That's all.

[Your Answer Here]

On September **, 2014 [redacted] answered me:

On September **, 2014 I replied:

I was able to get help from my local USPS. I have my package.

Opening the package, I notice the mascaras I ordered from your on-line website

look very different in real life. The picture of the mascara that was on

the website is different from what I purchased or what was mailed to

me. Comparing the mascara that I bought off your website, to the one I

have purchased from [redacted], I can see a VERY big difference.

The first sign is the color of the mascara tube. The authentic product has a

bright, silver-colored coating on both the body and cap of

the tube (it is not metal, but looks it), whereas the replica tube is

two-toned, the body appearing more of a purple/grey-colored silver and

the lid appearing more of an oyster-colored silver. The

signature,‘Real!’is a bright, radiant orange lettering. The replica signature

appears more of a dull-peach tone.

The base of the tube displays different labels. The replica tube contains an obvious indented line through the plastic.

Upon unscrewing the mascara there is a key difference in the

screw-top mechanism and look. The real mascara has a black screw-top,

only containing one, raised ridge the entire way round. Whereas the replica

mascara has the same color as the body of the tube, and has the

raised ridge wrap-around about 2-3 times.

The mascara that was sold to me looks thick and gluey, a lot like tar. It is

stringy and clings to the brush bristles. It also has more of a paint-like smell. This rises concern of the ingredients used.

The authentic They’re

Real mascara does not have a smell of paint, it has a usual mascara smell.

Benefit’s retail price of the They’re Real mascara is $23.00 per large bottle.

Paying $24.97 for TWO large bottles(price including shipping cost)it's

obvious, your "discount sale" on the Benefit-They're Real mascara, is

too good to be authentic.

On September **, 2014 [redacted] replied To Me:

I have not heard from the company after September **,2014. I have been sending messages but they just stopped their reply to me. So, my issue is yet to be solved.

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Review: I purchased two lifeproof cases for my iPhone 4s and my grandson's. It claimed to be waterproof, meet military standards, etc....it is clearly a fake cheap product. It is in no way waterproof, or meet any military standards as a real lifeproof case does. It is stamped lifeproof on the back, but is plain plastic.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded in full for the cases.

Review: First this site has the A+ Revdex.com stamp on it's website which leads one to believe they are a good company to deal with. So they are fraudulent with regard to that.

My son purchased an Iphone life proof case which is not even a real one. He tried it in the water and it leaked immediately. Had he put his phone in the case it would have been ruined.

Regardless of their return policy, I want the money returned I do not want another fake product.

This web site should be shut down.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund and the Revdex.com stamp removed from their website.

Sincerely,

Review: I have contacted this business three different times trying to resolve my problem. I ordered what was supposed to be a refurbished lifeproof case almost three weeks ago and just received the product yesterday. It was not a lifeproof case. It was simply a waterproof case. There were pictures of what the case was supposed to look like and it is nowhere near the pictures. The return policy says that they will accept no returns on lifeproof cases for any reason. I believe that the information on this website is very misleading and could be considered false advertising or fraud. I have since read reviews and it seems like a lot of people are having the same issue that I am.Desired Settlement: I would like for this business to refund my money that I paid for this misleading device. I will happily send the case back for a refund.
