Sincerely,

Review: I ordered a Lifeproof case for my iphone 5s and they sent me a fake case that doesn't work and won't respond to my emails. They don't have a phone number where I can contact them. I noticed it said no refunds when I ordered but I expected the phone case to work. I would not have ordered from them if I realized it was a fake lifeproof case. The button on the sideof the case doesn't even work so you can't turn off the ringer unless you take off the case. The plastic that covers the face of the phone is not flat so you can't text. The worst problem is nobody can hear me. This company is clearly not selling real lifeproof cases and just wants to keep my money.Desired Settlement: I would like a replacement that works or a credit to get something that does work.

I ordered online and I'm not sure what you need? I have an envelope that the case came in and has a return address.

Sincerely,

Review: I ordered what I thought was a Lifeproof case from this site. They advertise it as so too. When I received the case it is a horrible knock off in a plastic wrap. No box! I politely wrote the company 2 times and no response. I would like a REAL case or money refunded.Desired Settlement: Please send a REAL one in original packaging or refund me.

Sincerely,

Review: their website clearly states:

EVERY SINGLE CASE WATER TESTED

To give you the confidence to go everywhere and do everything with your iPhone 5, we water test every case we make. Then, we send it to an independent agent for additional testing, including a second water test on randomly selected cases. Only cases that pass are shipped. At LifeProof, we use our cases everyday for everything, and if we trust ‘em, you can too!

The case that I received wasn't 100% waterproof & now the phone is ruined!

I sent 2 emails(only contact info listed) & there has been no response.

Also, they have a Revdex.com member logo on their website & they are not! False advertising.

Sad that they treat customers this way....selling cases that they know are defective!

Sincerely,

Review: They sold me a fake cell phone case and I want to return it. I have had NO response to emails to return it.Desired Settlement: Return for a full refund

Review: On their front page they claim to be A+ Revdex.com certified. When checking the Revdex.com website, this is not the case. They also claim to be 'e Trusted Shop', an EU certification, which is also untrue. Not to mention 'e Trusted Shop' says: "Trusted Shops is the European Trustmark for online shops with money-back guarantee for consumers. Trusted Shops offers a comprehensive service to raise online trust and safety for the benefit of both online merchants and online buyers." which goes against their own TOS: "We reserve the right to refuse any order or to require additional verification prior to approving any order. Any shipment which fails due to an invalid, incomplete or otherwise erroneous address which is provided, or due to failure of the customer to retrieve a shipment or due to any action or inaction of the customer, to bill any customer a 35% restocking fee plus all shipping fees and related costs." and "No order may be modified or cancelled once submitted through our checkout system. Once an order is submitted through checkout, the data is sent to fulfillment and cannot be cancelled or modified - even if contact is given immediately after. No email sent shall modify or cancel any order in any case, nor shall any other form of contact allow any cancellation or modification. Any breach of these terms shall result in liability for $250 plus any additional fees/damages. See "Terms of Sale" below for full liability for any breach of this agreement."

They also will charge a fee for any negative reviews, which is clearly against the U.S. Constitution around Freedom of Speech: "You agree not to file any complaint, chargeback, claim, dispute, or make any public forum post, review, Revdex.com complaint, social media post, or any public statement regarding the order, our website, or any issue regarding your order, for any reason, within this 90 day period, or to threaten to do so within the 90 day period, or it is a breach of the terms of sale, creating liability for damages in the amount of $250, plus any additional fees, damages - both consequential and incidental, calculated on an ongoing basis."Desired Settlement: They should advertise services that they do not have, including certifications. They should remove all indications of any fine for a negative review.

Review: Ordered a cell phone case before May**, 2014 and it still. Is not here. They won't answer the phone now.Desired Settlement: Get my money back

Review: Ordered a LIFEPROOF case for Iphone 4 on 5/**/2014, and received confirmation that order was ready for shipping on 5/**.2014 & should be received within 1 week. 2 weeks later sent e-mail requesting status. Received e-mail response indicating product was on back order, but should be received with a week or so. Sent numerous e-mails requesting confirmation that backorder had been received and status of shipping. Received response indicating that my e-mail address had been block as spam. Placed several calls to customer service, and left voice mail messages which have been unanswered. Received product on 6/**/**04, however, it was not the LIFEPROOF case for Iphone 4. Since my e-mail communications have been blocked and they do not return phone calls, I am unable to contact True Accessory.Desired Settlement: Full credit to my credit card for purchase amount, shipping and return shipping and difference in value from advertised price and local retail price.

Sincerely,

Review: I did not receive what I had ordered. Their description states that I'm receiving brand new original apple manufactured lightning to USB cable chargers as well as original apple new EarPods. The picture also shows them sealed in Apple boxes and packaging.

What I received was unsealed and generic or fake chargers and EarPods. They didn't even look new as some had scuff marks on them. They were not manufactured by Apple since the apple logo and copyright is not on the chargers or EarPods. They are not new since they are not in sealed packaging.

They have a zero refund policy on apple purchases. But what I received are not apple products.

I have contacted them 3 times to ship items back for a refund and received absolutely NO response.

I want a refund and I want them to honestly advertise their products as generics and remove the apple sealed packaging pictures because it's false advertisement and it's a lie.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of my products since I have spent more than they are even worth.

Sincerely,

Review: On approximately 2/**, I ordered a PINK Defender [redacted] case for my iPhone 5c. I requested 'expedited' shipping for the charge of $12.99. Now I can't recall what the estimated delivery time was for expedited shipping, versus their 'standard' shipping charge of $5.99. I received emailed confirmation on 2/**as follows:

From: TRUE ACCESSORY [[redacted]]

Sent: Wednesday, February **, 2014 1:47 PM

To: [redacted]

Subject: Shipping confirmation for order #[redacted]Dear [redacted],

All of the items from order #[redacted]have now been shipped:

1x [redacted] Defender for iPhone - IPHONE 5C - PINK (NEW)

Inside the envelope was a GREY [redacted] Defender for an iPHONE 5c. When I contacted the company on 3/**via email (the only way to contact them), I was advised as follows:

"We do not offer refunds for any reason. We can exchange it for the correct color and please see the terms of sale and returns on our homepage, links and bottom and follow the proper procedure."

I have disputed the charge with my credit card company, as such.Desired Settlement: I would like to know what the estimated delivery time is for "expedited" shipping. It took 13 days for me to receive my case.

I would like a full refund of the charge for the case as well as shipping charges. I would like the company to absorb the shipping charges for my return of the Grey Otterbox, to them.

I will purchase what I need somewhere else.

Consumer

Response:

Because the company had sent me a different color than what I had ordered and their shipping confirmation said they were sending what I did order, I didn't want to have to pay shipping again to return the wrong color case and then have the right color case sent to me (now 3 shipping charges), I asked for them to pay the shipping costs and if they didn't want to absord the shipping costs, that I wanted a full refund. They directed me to their return/exchange policy which admittedly I didn't read prior to my purchase. It states that they may send a a"LIKE" item if the ordered item was not available. For exchanges the consumer must call for a Return Authorization before sending an item back and it must be received within 10 days. They further cite that:

"NOTE: Any request for an authorization for an order which does not quality (any [redacted] or [redacted] product, or any exchange request where time has expired) will not receive any reply. Unauthorized exchanges will not be accepted. For any breach of the terms for exchanges and returns, you agree to be liable for $250 plus any related fees and/or damages. We reserve the right to collect this fee by the use of a collections agency or other recovery method"

At this point I have not exchanged the grey phone for a pink one. I have retracted the charge dispute with my bank

I no longer wish for them to pay shipping or exchange the case because they are threatening me for breach of sale contract. I have attached the email exchanges Ive had since the beginning and the last one, sking them to please cease any action against me

It looks to me like the case might be counterfeit and I did some searching for the company under their website name of True Accesory as wall as under ACCtown which is how the charge appears. There are numberous complaints against ACCtown (inlcuding Revdex.com complaints). Please help me. I don't want to be harmed in any way for this. Thank you in advance for your help. [redacted]

I do not want my iimpeccable credit to be marred in any way. When I advised them that I had dropped the dispute, they said they had to have proof or they would proceed with damaging my credit and suing for $250 in breach of sale contract charges.

Response:

At this time, I have not been contacted by True Accessory regarding complaint ID [redacted]. I remain VERY concerned about this company's mutliple threats of a negative impact to my credit report.

Sincerely,

Review: Today (June [redacted] 2014) I received a Lifeproof case that was ordered on May **, 2014. They say max time for delivery is 14 business days (we were well over!). However, I received a case in which I did NOT order. I ordered a Lifeproof case for an iPhone 4/4S but I was shipped a Lifeproof case for an iPhone 5S. The case you sent me does not fit my phone, thus, it is essentially useless. After contacting True Accessory 3 times in the past month regarding this order, I never once received an email that acknowledged my complaints. The customer service of this company is horrific and the information on the website is false advertisement.

After dealing with this company company over the past month, I would like to finish doing business with them. I am requesting a FULL refund for the product I ordered. I saw on their website that: 1) they do not do exchanges or refunds for Lifeproof cases and 2) they offer zero monetary compensation in returning a defective or "wrong" products. How can you send a customer the WRONG item in which they didn't purchase and not refund their item? Do you not see this as fraud?! I want a monetary refund because I am tired of dealing with this company, but if that isn't an option, the only ETHICAL option is to send me the correct item.

I have notified True Accessory of their short-comings including falsely adverting on the website, the carelessness in sending their customers products that do not match their order, and the terrible customer service (or lack thereof). I wish I would have read their website first, which states that over 12 claims have been filed against this company. Far more than others!

I believe that this company is working in a fraudulent manner. They claim to have provide one service while their actual service is pathetic. When I look at this transaction as a whole, I see it as True Accessory has STOLEN $40.94 from me. And I will not stand for this.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the $40.94 I paid for the case and the shipping. If True Accessory wants their items back. I would like $8 to mail it back to them.

Sincerely,

Review: I ordered an Lifeproof case for my iPhone from this company. The item was listed a re-conditioned and that some parts may be different do to reconditioning. As you will see in these photos this is what they offered, [redacted], which is what I was expecting. The piece of crap they sent we was an off the wall phone case. There is NO way it is a Lifeproof reconditioned. The molding, plastic, speaker holes, covers for the holes to protect it from water and interior protection is NOTHING that of a Lifeproof case. The pictures in this link is what was sent to me, [redacted]. I paid Accessory Outlet 49.99 plus 9.99 shipping for the same, knockoff, item shown in the second link. As you can see there is no way the item sent to me was the advertised item I paid for. I tried contacting them several times, over 10 by e-mail because they do not have a phone number. I have yet to receive any response. I would like a refund from this company.Desired Settlement: I would like the amount I spent, 49.99 plus 9.99 shipping. My order number was #[redacted] and the shipping name and address was

At this time, I have not been contacted by Accessory Outlet regarding complaint ID [redacted]. How can companies get away with doing this to people. There are several complaints about this company on here for the same exact reason. What good is the Revdex.com if the company can just ignore the requests and continue normal business?

Sincerely,

Review: I was looking at what I believe is this company's website ([redacted]) and I notices the Revdex.com A+ and several other logos at the bottom of the page. When I tried to verify the Revdex.com rating, I found it was F, not A+.Desired Settlement: I would like so see the logos removed from the page or updated with links to verify their validity.

Review: I ordered what I thought would be a black lifeproof case for an iPhone 5c, turns out I got a white FAKE lifeproof for an iPhone 5 or 5s. It doesn't even fit my phone nor is it the color I wanted I thought I was paying for a REAL lifeproof case but it turns out you can order this sort of case that I received on [redacted] for 10 bucks. This is utterly disrespectful to do to customers and it hurts there business. I didn't receive the product that I was ordering.Desired Settlement: I would like to return this case that doesn't even fit my phone & my money back so I can go purchase REAL black lifeproof case for a iPhone 5c, that I know will fit my phone.

Review: I ordered two Lifeproof cases for the Iphone 5S. Upon receipt of the cases, one immediately broke when we attempted to put it on the phone and the other one did not appear to be an original Lifeproof case. Upon further comparison with actual Lifeproof cases purchased at [redacted] it is clear that the cases shipped to me are not authentic Lifeproof cases. I have sent several e-mails to Accessory Outlet asking for an explanation and the possibility of returning them and have not heard back from them. Again, several attempts via e-mail and no response from them.

Review: I ordered makeup palletes. One pallette was completely crushed. I e-mailed the business a photo and complaint. The business said they would mail me a replacement. I have not received the replacement and the online site is now down. I have e-mailed several times and have not gotten a response. I wouls like a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund or at least a replacement that is in brand new condition.

I have not heard from the business since I first contacted them after receiving the damaged product. The make-up pallette had not been wrapped at all and was totally crushed! I do have an e-mail stating that they would send me a new relacement product. We e-mailed back and forth a couple of times. They requested photos of the damaged product, which I immediately provided. They in turn said they would replace the product. I never received the product or shipping confirmation. My future e-mails went unanswered. I opened up the case with Revdex.com and have not been contacted by True Accessory.

Sincerely,

Review: I ordered an Otterbox Defender Series iPhone 5C case from their website and what I received was not what I ordered based on the description of the product on their website: (Trueaccessory.com/collections/iPhone-5c-accessories/product/Oder) I sent emails and ended up getting threats by them to charge me $250 for disputing their terms, in addition threats to notify my employer and file against my credit report. I have copies of the emails to prove these threats. I have never been treated this way by any company and it is definitely not a good business practice to threaten a customer in this manner. In addition threats to charge me $500+, if I lodge complaint with Revdex.com. I had previously paid for this product and was initially notifying them that I didn't receive the product that I ordered. I appreciate your assistance with this matter.Desired Settlement: An apology from this company and the Defender Series iPhone Blue case that I ordered, which "tolerates submersion underwater up to 6.6 ft. For 30 minutes; Endures a 10 ft drop to concrete", etc. not this plastic case I received which is definitely not waterproof and not as represented on website.

Review: On March **, 2014 I ordered an iPhone case for $25.94. After one month, I checked the status on True Accessory's site and it read "fulfilled" There is no phone number, contact person or tracking number so I emailed. I received an automatic response stating they would review and if they thought it deemed response, they would get back to me. After several attempts thereafter at emailing them, I have not heard back.Desired Settlement: I would like the item I purchased or have the charge on my credit card reversed.
