I bought a Aduro camera through Groupon and it did not work I contacted Aduro and three cameras later it still does not work All three cameras had something wrong with it and not one of them lets you update anything like the date and time It is a terrible product

To whom it may concern , We are very sorry to hear that the customers phone did break Our packaging clearly states that we do offer a warranty on the screen protector itself Even in an instance that the screen protector was broken due to the cs usage In regards to this complaint we feel that the only thing we can do is stand by our warranty Please keep in mind we are talking about broken screens of phones which is a very common occurrence It is impossible to determine how the screen broke , that is why we clearly state the warranty covers the product and not the phone If there is any way I may be more helpful please do not hesitate to contact me directly at [redacted]

Bought a writsband for an apple watch I used it for days, and after getting my hands wet and shaking them dry, the watch flew out of the band and onto the counter, breaking the face in the process I contacted this company since they are the distributor via email in mid December and got the automated response that they will contact me within business days Still no response Just called and they don't answer calls and send you directly to voicemail Message was left I will be contacting my local media's consumer stories department This company should be avoided at all costs

Beware if you buy this product or any product from this company. I got this for the solar charger which has NEVER worked, it will change w/ USB but no solar. I emailed Aduro and they responded with form email w/ warranty claim info. So I emailed them back to file a warranty claim! They went dark. I sent several follow up emails w/ no reply! I guess there moto is " If you ignore a disatisfied customer they will go away. So much for customer service or should I say lack there of! Due to there total lack of respect for a customer I will not be purchasing anything from this company.

Revdex.com I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that although this resolution is not what I wanted in the end, proof being the last email I sent to the business asking for a refund because no one from customer service at Aduro ever confirmed if their product was even compatible with my current setup (my emails from July) , just to be done with this company I'll take the risk of receiving an incompatible replacement as they've left me no choice by not replying to many of my emails, never apologizing for their faulty product, or asking what I, the supposedly valued customer really needed I will only close this complaint because the deadline to reply is today and I am inclined to hope that things work outAs of today, I have not received or tested the replacement product Aduro supposedly processed because they strategically shipped it out to me only as of yesterdayI wouldn't be surprised if the shipping box is empty just like Aduro's commitment to customer care and satisfaction Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Hi, We did advise customer that our company policy will only allow for us to provide shipping for units that have been purchased in the last days We are more than happy to provide a replacement to the customer once we receive the return under our Limited Lifetime Warranty

I purchased an item through [redacted] back in January The product failed and I returned it based on the warranty I shipped the product back at the beginning of May and as of June [redacted] I am still waiting for the replacement They are extremely hard to reach - they do not answer phone calls (goes to voicemail) and emails take at least a day to return and often there are additional questions Product seemed good but company has NO customer service skills

A lot of customer complained on their [redacted] page and also on [redacted] . They kept sending me "same sentence" just like copy and paste again and again without sincere attitude. They also e-mail me tracking number which showed nothing. It is also happened to other customers and we had no idea where our order went. Because of copy and paste without sincere attitude, I still don't feel they apologize. I asked them to refund money but they said 'it's "ONLY" few money (about $3.00) for shipment, they can't give me refund. It must be "ONLY" few money to them, it isn't their money. I don't want to waste any of money to the rude business. I am keeping all of e-mail between them and I. I can attach and show what exactly their "information" and their "apology" are. As long as they keep having same troubles, have no regret and not change anything how to treat their customers, they need give up their business. I ordered a glass screen protector for my iPad Pro. Case #***. I filled out the warranty information. Explained to Aduro the screen arrived cracked in the photo. Days later they asked for photos of the item, which I sent. They requested further photos which I no longer had the product - who keeps a damaged product around once you have signed up for their "lifetime warranty" with all the information they needed? They refused to honor my replacement which is basically the same as stealing. I paid $13.84 through [redacted] (Aduro Products). My issue is not resolved & I want the complaint on record for future consumers to not do business with this company.

I received a waterproof speaker as a Christmas gift. After I started using it, I really depended on it. When I went to charge it for the first time, I discovered a defect. To prepare for making a warranty claim, I did searches for Aduro Products reviews. (I believe this site is one of the ones I found). What I read made me think I was going to have to put on my most assertive consumer battledress. Turns out I did not have to.
I submitted my request, received an email back, followed their instructions, and got a replacement unit - no problems.
I do not know what made the difference in my experience - policy changes? following instructions? no idea. It was overall positive and what I would/should expect. Posting this here now for balance.
