renewal term), unless subscriber gives written notice of cancellation at least 30 days before the end of the initial or renewal term. Contract expires 1/31/[redacted].
·         The customer’s current bill rate is $[redacted].  SAFE Security can reduce the customer’s bill rate by $[redacted] without having the customer sign a new contract agreement.  If the customer agrees to this, her bill rate would be decreased. 
·         If the customer would like her bill rate to be reduced by more than $[redacted], then the customer will have to sign a new security contract agreement with SAFE Security.
·          As of today, our records do not indicate a service call request and/or call has been made to SAFE Security in regards to the customer’s medical pendent not working.
·         If the equipment not working, it is the customer’s responsibility to test their equipment every 30 days.  (This information is on the contract’s security agreement)
·          If the equipment is not signaling to our monitoring station, then the customer will need to schedule a service call for a technician to come to the customer’s home to service her alarm panel and/or to trouble shoot her medical pendent.  If is proven not to be signaling, a new medical pendent will be provided to the customer.
·         If the customer decides not to request a service call and will like to continue to cancel service, the customer will have to the pay the balance of contract amount through the end of contract term 1/31/[redacted] in the amount of $[redacted].
·         Once the balance of contract is received, SAFE Security will accept the Revdex.com complaint as a cancellation letter and the account will be submitted for cancellation.
·         Until such time the balance of contract is received, the customer will be held to the contract terms.

I accepted the company's answer on good faith, since receiving your e-mail with their reply I have not been contacted by them in any manner as they imply. It has been 8 working days since receipt of their reply, should I consider this another sg company and forget the whole thing?

I finally received in the mail, the written confirmation from SAFE Security that my account was closed and there is a zero balance. Please feel free to close the complaint.
However, that said, you should strongly reconsider their A+ rating. A company who has 439 complaints in 3 years and 25 out of 25 negative reviews really shouldn’t have that kind of rating. It devalues the Revdex.com in many ways. Sincerely, [redacted]

Thank you for the response, however due to the challenges and difficulties I've had communicating with SAFE and the uncertainty in the meaning of this response I reject it.  Please provide me a formal notice in writing that my contract has been terminated.  I do know specifically what it means that my contract has been transferred back to the originating security company.  Is the contract still active with them?  Are they still billing me?, etc.  Please provide additional detail and a written notice for my records the contract has been terminated.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
I atempted to contact Atheena Peet to try to come up with a compromise that would work for both parties and after an extremely long time on hold I left a message and she did not return my call.  I called back later in the day and she would not come to the phone to talk to me.  I left a simple message with the people on the phone.  Send someone to my house by the end of the week to fix the system and I will continuie to pay you for the service.  Otherwise I expect you to let me out of the contract.  I am planning to contact an attorney if they are unable to fix my system in a timely manner or allow me to get out of the contract that they are unable to support.
 
I still do not have a working system and I don't think Safe Security has anyone in my area who is csapable of fixing my system without a multi-week delay.  The local vendors do not want to work with them because they have a history of not geting paid by Safe Security.Sincerely,[redacted]
