To address the consumer’s concern, the subject account has not been purchased by Afni. Afni received the account from Sprint and acts as an agent on behalf of Sprint; therefore, the consumer would not have a contract with Afni. Afni understands that the consumer is seeking removal of this tradeline from their credit report; however, to remain in good standing with the credit reporting agencies, Afni’s policy is to furnish the accurate status only.
