Good morning, Technician followed proper diagnostic procedures with Manufacturer. For customer satisfaction Aiello Home Services has refunded service call fee to customer on September 18,2015. Customer should be satisfied, as all concerns have been met.

Phil J[redacted]hecked out our air condition system and explained to us in detail that the system was in very good conditiion. He was very friendly and answered our questions in a professional manner. I have been doing business with Aiello Home Services for many years, and have always been satisfied.

I had my boiler replaced today. Mark and his team were excellent! They were very friendly from the start and incredibly helpful in teaching me what I needed to know about the new unit. They explained all of my options before doing anything and left my house just as clean as when they arrived. Outstanding job by the team!

This has been resolved, for some reason this customers email was caught in our spam filter. We have spoken to customer today 6-19-2014 and a credit for cancelled plan has been issued.

I read several reviews before making the decision to use this company, I'm glad I made the call. The Aiello staff were courtesy an professional and they were able to work around my schedule. I received a courtesy call 20 minutes before the technician arrived at my home. Plumbing Technician James F[redacted] provided the diagnostic, price and how long it will take(reasonable price). Mr. F[redacted] kept constant communication with me and my husband on all the steps he was doing while performing his work. A job well done. Thanks again James for all your hard work

We dispute some of their claims but in the end they agreed to refund us half of the charged/paid amount.

I spoke with Frank, a representative from Aiello Home Services last week.  The Aiello representative and reached a compromise.A few things I would like to note.  One, the complaint to Revdex.com was made prior to speaking with Aiello.  However, it is my right as a consumer to do so.  Based my discussion with Frank, he would have liked me to contact Aiello prior to the complaint with Revdex.com.  He believes that my actions were premature and he assured me that even without the Revdex.com complaint Aiello would have still agreed to compromise the fee.  Lastly, a point of interest was the interaction with the Aiello representative, though we agreed the interaction was somewhat hostile.  The representative from Aiello was rude and arrogant. However, the matter is resolved.  Aiello did issue a refund.

Aiello provided prompt and professional expertise. Michael knew his stuff and helped us with the plumbing problem without pressure or trying to sell us something we didn't need. Great job!

I had my furnace cleaned by Tom S[redacted] a service specialist from Aiello.
He did a great job , left the area clean and gave me good advice about the condition and what needed to be done in the future. I thought he did more than his job to help me out.

Called Aiello at 8:10 on Sunday morning..Leak in wall in basement. Spoke to Orion. He was so polite and was able to accommodate MY schedule, since I work on Sunday. He even CALLED ME as I was leaving work to confirm that it was all right to dispatch the technician. Mike R[redacted] came to my house and step by step he found the problem. He explained everything to me, fixed the piping and gave me follow up instructions about having the wall repaired, where he had to cut . I can't thank the people of Aiello enough, for once again, giving me satisfaction and peace of mind.

Time & Materials was a bit overpriced. I supplied my own filter which only took about 10 minutes to replace.
The plumber was polite and professional.

From the call I made in the morning to the amazing electrician that came to my home, I felt very taken care of. The work was quality and the staff was very bright and professional! Thanks again for an excellent experience!

Aiello has made attempts to remedy, Original home audit company who damaged customer original property has been in contact with customer to resolve customer concerns

I am rejecting this response because:1. We still don't know what is the problem? installation or [redacted] boiler. If we are sure the problem is because of a poor quality product you sold us, I will consider to follow Aiello manager's suggestion to file a complaint to [redacted] Boiler. All Aiello technicians said it should not be happened like the one in our basement. And yes, there was some obvious mistake in installation as wiring floor 1 to floor 2.2. Starting from now, we will follow to do annual check as manufacture suggested. But if the boiler fails again, what will Aiello take as responsibility? Based on the bad experiences in last 5 of 6 winters. We request Aiello to extend free labor service warranty for another 10 years.

To Whom It May Concern:
On October 30, 2015 a representative from Aiello Home
Services’ plumbing department was dispatched to [redacted], [redacted], the
home of [redacted].  Mrs. [redacted] was
quoted a $49.00...

dispatch fee over the phone and was informed that there would
be an additional charge given upfront for the work that needed to be done.  The quote was given before any work was
performed and was accepted by said homeowner. 
The task at hand was snaking the master bathroom toilet.  This task was performed successfully and the
technician received payment at that time of the service.  Mrs. [redacted] chose to go directly to RevDex.com to file a complaint instead of calling Aiello Home Services
management to discuss the price concern. 
After being notified of the complaint, the Plumbing Service Manager has
tried contacting Mrs. [redacted] as on the following dates:  11/2/15 @ 12:00 p.m. and 11/3/15 @ 12:15
p.m.  with no response. Upon finally reaching
the customer Aiello Home Services and customer agreed on a discounted price
although she had previously agreed to it. Customer is satisfied with our resolution
and will notify Revdex.com to that, and will also notify Revdex.com that she filed a
complaint before contacting us. Aiello did not even know she had a concern, if
we had, we would have worked to resolve it amicably.

Bertram W. was great. We had our 20 year old boiler and hot water heater replaced with a high efficiency [redacted] combination system. Bert showed up right on time, explained the entire process, was neat, conscientious and professional. Bert made sure that our floor was protected and went through the entire work site at the end of the day to check for debris or materials. The installation of the boiler itself was spotless and looked like something you would see in a magazine. Bert answered all of our questions and clearly knew what he was talking about. I highly recommend Bertram W. and his crew.

I received good service from Tom S[redacted] today on my boiler tune up.

I would like to take
this time out to say thank you for your faith in Aiello Home Services to
deliver a product that will keep your family cool and comfortable for many
years to come. I am sure one of your deciding factors in the decision making
process was one that Aiello...

would stand behind its installation. Both the
homeowner and Aiello don’t ever want a situation to occur that involves
multiple trips back to the home to dial in systems, fix warranty parts etc.
However when items like this do happen this is where Aiello does shine and
sticks with the installation, perseveres with the homeowner and stay the course
until the situation is resolved. Although at times the frustration level must
have been high for you and your wife I happy truly happy your recent nights
have been cool and comfortable. Aiello has changed the terminology in our
contracts to state “up to xx size” determined by the in-office engineering load
calculations of your home. Aiello Home Services is required comply with the
towns building department and all state and local codes which dictated the change
of equipment size. Again, I want to also thank you for your patience while we
dialed in your new HVAC system to work in the most efficient manner.
To ease any concern
Aiello is extending your warranty for parts and labor until December 31, 2015
