I had scheduled an AC checkup approximately six weeks in advanceAiello’s notified me the night prior that they were unable to make the appointment – but not before I drove hours from Pennsylvania to be present for the inspection the following dayHowever, Aiello did send its plumbing and electrical service reps (unsolicited and unannounced) the following dayAs a result of not wanting to inconvenience these gentlemen, I had to alter my schedule to accommodate their visitOverall, very disappointed with this company’s ability to coordinate customer supportI have canceled my service contract

Service technicians Stephen S and Bill L( in training) were very professional, courteous and explained everything they were doingBoth are exemplary employees and Aiello should continue to strive towards retaining and nurturing them in the futureTheir honesty, service and skills to Aiello's customers is a benefit to the company and most of all the customer

Tom S*** replaced a drain hose on my humidifier He was polite, efficient, and helpful He asked if I had replaced the batteries in my thermostat - which I had not - and had several other helpful tips Give him a out of - nobody's perfect*** *** *** *** *** *** ***

We had a plumbing emergency and had service technician James F* assist with great service he came right out and then again a few days later with great serviceHe installed a new toilet within an hourHe was professional, helpful, arrived early and explained everything ahead of time

I was very satisfied with Tom S*** Service Tech his expertixe on solving the problem I had with my Boiler He was very professional and had recommended other options he felt I would need I had declined all though I will consider them at another time Also promptness in service was well recognized

Did a thorough energy audit

Tom S*** showed up on time and was very informative It showed he had a lot of knowledge He fixed our A/C and showed me a lot of tips to keep it going

years to comeI am sure one of your deciding factors in the decision making
process was one that Aiello would stand behind its installationBoth the
homeowner and Aiello don’t ever want a situation to occur that involves
multiple trips back to the home to dial in systems, fix warranty parts etc
However when items like this do happen this is where Aiello does shine and
sticks with the installation, perseveres with the homeowner and stay the course
until the situation is resolvedAlthough at times the frustration level must
have been high for you and your wife I happy truly happy your recent nights
have been cool and comfortableAiello has changed the terminology in our
contracts to state “up to xx size” determined by the in-office engineering load
calculations of your homeAiello Home Services is required comply with the
towns building department and all state and local codes which dictated the change
of equipment sizeAgain, I want to also thank you for your patience while we
dialed in your new HVAC system to work in the most efficient manner
To ease any concern
Aiello is extending your warranty for parts and labor until December 31,

On January 3rd,
at 2:pm, the *** called Aiello Home Services for pressure relief valve leaking services regarding his heating system, Aiello Scheduled an
appointment for January 5th, between 7:am - 7:am, our licensed fully background
checked HVAC technician responded
to the service callOur technician performed the multi task quoted tasks with the written authorization from *** ***
Upon completion of the Job the customer signed off that they were 100% satisfied with the repair services
There were no concerns
with the owners before the job was performed, the customer signed off and approved the repair and price in writing before the repairs was madeThe customer then signed off that the job was completed for what the job was quoted and that they were 100% satisfied with what was doneI know no way of providing the services Aiello performed and better, each step of the way getting an acknowledgement along the wayNothing is done without the customers approval This customer also did not contact Aiello before filing a concern with the Revdex.com, this should be common practice before the Revdex.com registers a complaintWhen our service manager was finally able to reach *** *** they were able to come to a resolutionthe customer again now states he is satisfied and promised to call the Revdex.com and retract his complaint.Aiello Home Services

Service specialist Peter Carrived promptly and assessed the needs for replacing our year old toilet and an angle stop Additionally, Peter resolved a problem with the location of a shut-off valve Peter completed the service expeditiously and effectively, answered my questions clearly, and completed the repair in a reasonable timePeter was congenial and professional as he provided our services

Ray Dshared his expertise and made repairs to our furnaceHe was tidy, timely, and communicated every step ( I tend to ask a lot of questions!) He made recommendations (but not a high pressure sales pitch that can make people uncomfortable.)

Matt Mwas prompt, courteous, quick, personable and very helpful getting my plumbing problem resolvedThanks Matt!

To Whom It May Concern:
On October 30, a representative from Aiello Home
Services’ plumbing department was dispatched to ** *** ***, ***, the
home of *** ***. Mrs*** was
quoted a $dispatch fee over the phone and was informed that there would
be an
additional charge given upfront for the work that needed to be done. The quote was given before any work was
performed and was accepted by said homeowner.
The task at hand was snaking the master bathroom toilet. This task was performed successfully and the
technician received payment at that time of the service. Mrs*** chose to go directly to RevDex.com to file a complaint instead of calling Aiello Home Services
management to discuss the price concern.
After being notified of the complaint, the Plumbing Service Manager has
tried contacting Mrs*** as on the following dates: 11/2/@ 12:p.mand 11/3/@ 12:
p.m. with no responseUpon finally reaching
the customer Aiello Home Services and customer agreed on a discounted price
although she had previously agreed to itCustomer is satisfied with our resolution
and will notify Revdex.com to that, and will also notify Revdex.com that she filed a
complaint before contacting usAiello did not even know she had a concern, if
we had, we would have worked to resolve it amicably

Serviceman was on time, courteous and knowledgeable Fixed my problem but I felt I was way overcharged for an approximately $water filter which took less than a half hour to replace Charge was over $for this service If I hadn't taken the day off from work to get this fixed and had more time to get other quotes, I would not have signed off on the service I will not use Aiello again

I want to thank Ken for the outstanding service he provided at our home in cleaning our furnance and ensuring that every aspect of our unit and component elements were working properly Ken cleaned and checked everything and left our home looking spotless Ken updated me about the state of things during his time in my home, provided me with recommendations that gave me options and everthing he did was clearly explained Thank you very much Ken for your time and expertise

Very courteous and prompt service

I contacted Aiello for plumbing issues A leak under the sink, a leak in a hand held shower and a slow draining tub The gentleman came and told me they don't fix hand held showers, and if they attempted to snake the tub they could break a pipe that had to access to repair He did say that he could tighten the bolt under the kitchen sink for $ No thanks Then they charged me for the "consultation" I called a local plumber and he was at the house for minutes, fixed all three issues and charged me $ Basically, I paid Aiello $to have them tell me what the couldn't do

We've been customers of Aiello Home Services for many years and have always been very satisfied with the services they've provided, including plumbing and electrical work and heating and AC maintenanceToday's service call by Tom S to carry out our annual furnace inspection was no exceptionLike all of Aiello's service people, Tom was punctual, neat and efficientWe also appreciate the courtesy and responsiveness of Aiello's office staff We feel very fortunate to be able to call on Aiello for household help when we need it

Left customer messages by phone, waiting for customer to respondAiello will offer to "stick" tank, that means to drop a measuring stick with water detecting paste in the tank to see how much water is in the tankonce it is determined that there is water in tank, Aiello will remove the water at
no chargeHowever, due to fill pipe location and the lack of rain this summer and fall, is is very doubtful the customers missing cap contributed to any water in the tankWhen and if water accumulates in an in the basement oil tank it is due to condensation by the temperature differences inside and outside the tank in the basementthe way to alleviate this is by keeping the tank fullwhich is not the case in this home thank you.Stephen B***General Manager
