Mike and Dan arrived within the time widow, worked efficiently, were neat and clean and worked quickly. Equally important, they were friendly, a pleasure to have in our home and respectful of out needs . Before the work began, we were made aware of the scope and cost of the water heater replacement. As they progressed every effort was made to keep us informed as to what they were doing and why. All in all it was a very positive experience, thanks to Mike and Dan.

Clay Countryman serviced my air conditioning system today and he was wonderful. I had a problem for which Clay carefully and very clearly laid out my options. The work was completed in the same visit and all appears well. I really appreciated his knowledge and kindness. Thank you, Clay!

The office staff was courteous and easy to communicate with. They kept us informed of the schedule. The technician, David, was on time, very helpful and corrected the problem quickly. We will use Aiello again!

Upon completion of the Job the customer signed off that they were 100% satisfied with the repair services.
There were no concerns
with the owners before the job was performed, the customer signed off and approved the repair and price in writing before the repairs was made. The customer then signed off that the job was completed for what the job was quoted and that they were 100% satisfied with what was done. I know no way of providing the services Aiello performed and better, each step of the way getting an acknowledgement along the way. Nothing is done without the customers approval.  This customer also did not contact Aiello before filing a concern with the Revdex.com,  this should be common practice before the Revdex.com registers a complaint. When our service manager was finally able to reach [redacted] they were able to come to a resolution. the customer again now states he is satisfied and promised to call the Revdex.com and retract his complaint.

Aiello came out for a minor leak repair on my toilet. They said one bolt from the tank was leaking. It would cost $475 to repair. While taking the bolt off the broke the tank. Said he could install a new tank for $959 but if we did not want it he would still have to charge us for the initial repair of $475. So after breaking our tank they charged us $1185 for the new tank and installation but kindly dropped the price to $959. They had the tank on the truck and my poor wife did not want to pay $500 and leave the bathroom worse off than before they arrived. I will never us Aiello again. They are Bad.

Katie M. was very professional and responsive to my request for scheduling and changing appointments. Stephen S. is a pro. Great knowledge, understands the customer needs and explains issues and repairs so I could understand what he worked on. Very pleased with the service performed.

We had a home energy audit with Jason M and his team. We are very glad that we decided to have this done. It was well worth our time. We were happy with the results and the Aiello team did a wonderful job. They were great to work with--very professional and knowledgeable.

Jason M[redacted] did a very thorough job when assessing our home. Jason communicated what he was doing and why throughout the entire process. Very happy with his service. He definitely loves what he does!

Do not ever call these people. They will come out and do the job but it will cost you your retirement savings. They came to my house on 11/23/15 to clear a clogged pipe. The tech was very pleasant and did the job well, but the bill was over $1,100.00. All he did was remove the toilet, clear the clog, then put the toilet back. Really people, I'm a single Mom and there will be no Christmas this year

The Energy Audit service provided by Jason M and his team was excellent. They were very professional and thorough. We were very pleased with the work done in our house.

Excellent, timely service and product, although somewhat pricey. Matthew did a great job, with no fuss or mess and completed the job quickly and efficiently.

Called and scheduled an appointment for the next day. My furnace was making this grinding sound that was impossible to ignore Tom was punctual and very respectful of my home. He answered all my technical questions in a matter that I was easily able to understand. Fixed the problem promptly and even sat down with me to discuss what was needed to be done. He even took the time to show me a brochure with different plans that would help me with different services I'm sure to need in the near future. I've been a customer for 15 years and Aiello has never given a cause to be unhappy. They are efficient, courteous and very accommodating.

Appointment for shower plumbing repair was scheduled for 7AM-8AM. Steve arrived at 7:15AM and after reviewing the issue with the leaking shower faucets was able to diagnose and repair the leaks. Steve was courteous, patient with my questions, organized and very professional in his methods. After testing for leaks, Steve cleaned up the worksite and asked if I had any questions. I am very pleased with the results and commend Steve for his work ethic.

Our central air system failed on a Saturday afternoon (temp. 85 degrees). The earlies a technician could be sent was Wed. afternoon, due to high volume of repair calls. I made appt. I also checked other services, but none could come earlier. On arrival the technician checked system and in a timely manner diagnosed the failure. I was given the estimate on a tablet and I okayed the repair. The replacement part had to be delivered from another storehouse. He doesn't know this, but I overheard the technician on his phone outside and I appreciated that he refused to leave for another repair call and return after part was delivered and other job was completed. He told the dispatcher he could not leave this customer hanging if the other job turned out to be big. After part arrived 30 minutes later, he replaced it and ensured system was running properly. I paid by check and got a receipt via my email. I liked that the technician was conscientious about my family and home with a week long heat wave starting the next day. I liked the use of technology via tablet and internet for the estimate, billing, and payment - all quick and efficient. The entire visit lasted less than 3 1/2 hours. I was happy the my AC system was running better than before when the temp outside hit 100 degrees the next day. I felt the estimate for the part was somewhat high; but considering what it took to acquire the part, the consideration I was afforded by the tech, the quality of the work, and the efficiency of the whole process I am very happy I called Aiello. I have since made an appt. for an entire system check and will be doing so every year going forward.

Stacy C[redacted] was at our home last week to assist with a kitchen faucet problem, as well as a master bath faucet problem, and resolved both quickly and efficiently. Stacy was professional, proactive, and had a great attitude. I didn't know that you could request specific service techs, but now that I do I will certainly request Stacy in the future. He provided superior service -- the best that we've received to date from this company!

Professional, hardworking and dedicated are words I use to describe my interactions with this company, especially the two technicians that came to my house yesterday, one of them being Jesse C. Would definitely recommend to others in the future.

We converted to gas, and installed a new heating and cooling system. Aiello did not disappoint, following through on all promised services throughout the preparation and installation process. They were helpful, too, in identifying significant rebates. Our representative Tim L[redacted] was especially helpful and responsive throughout the process. I will use Aiello again and will not hesitate to recommend them.

Left customer messages by phone, waiting for customer to respond. Aiello will offer to "stick" tank, that means to drop a measuring stick with water detecting paste in the tank to see how much water is in the tank... once it is determined that there is water in tank,...

Aiello will remove the water at no charge. However, due to fill pipe location and the lack of rain this summer and fall, is is very doubtful the customers missing cap contributed to any water in the tank... When and if water accumulates in an in the basement oil tank it is due to condensation by the temperature differences inside and outside the tank in the basement... the way to alleviate this is by keeping the tank full. which is not the case in this home.  thank you.

Called to have warm air gas furnace and outdoor installed air conditioner serviced for winter end and summer heat arriving. The service was scheduled very quickly..next day,actually and charges explained clearly Next day serviceman, Ken, called, arrived on time, explained what he was going to do...showed me results of test on heating equipment..including efficiency. Also went over A/C servicing and gave good advice on usage for summer.
