Hi ***, I really love airbnb but it really saddened me to see that my travel credits expired after I had check them numerous times in the travel credit section and those credits did not have expirations dates marked on them. I would have used them if they did. I called in to ask airbnb support to help me by extending the credits a day so I could make my reservation and they were not nice to me. I hope you are able to extend my travel credits so I can use them. im ready to book now. :)

I have not had luck getting my questions answered by a airbnb representativeThe representative of my case has not answered my questions (why did the charges change from 275-585? Why was I not notified of changed until after I was charged? Why haven't you asked me about my experience and I had to spend almost hours on the phone to get you to contact me? etc) , but either gave a standard reply or ignored my questions
They have also not taken off the charges on my account or documented on my account that the $charges were dropped.?
