Airbnb did not provide any resolution in response to my complaintThey are exaggerating the situation without providing any evidence while completely overlooking the shortcomings in their own customer service that I faced over the months leading up to this issueWhen they added the coupons amounting to $to compensate for some of their inefficiency there was no disclaimer at any point that the coupons could be withdrawn before they are usedTherefore, I believe that they should provide a way to use the value of the above coupons regardless of the status of my account
Secondly, they should agree to delete my personal data specially my credit card details and ID document as they do not have the right to uphold this information on their system after they have denied me access to my accountThere is no clause in their Privacy Agreement that I signed up to which authorizes Airbnb to retain customers' personal data in instances when they disable their accounts vehemently and with no recourse

The company is impossible to deal with.? I did receive an email from them, but everything in it was not accurate, and the tone not correct.? I asked for them to call me back (once again), but they did not

The bottom line:? the company originally overcharged me, I called to inquiry two, they were rude and abusive and hung up on me (Manilla call center and one in CA), I then made an inquiry with my bank that handled the transaction, and then Airbnb cancelled my reservation without my knowledge of consent.? Multiple attempts to inquire why went unanswered.? They ignored if not discriminated against me.? Weeks ago, when this began, Airbnb said they would credit me for the reservation ($690.34), but I have received zero credit.? ? I brought this up with the person who responded to the Revdex.com complaint, and she ignored it or fabricated a reply.? Hence, they have charged me yet provided or willing to provide no service.? ? This is serious.? ? This is a scam.Sincerely,*** ***
