I had not heard anything from anyone so I tried calling Airfasttickets and could never get throughSo I sent them an email and they responded with the same kind of response I always got before, never really answering my questions but telling me that they will send a reminder to the appropriate place and let me know when they hear somethingI attached a copy of the emailMy complaint has not been resolved because I want real answers and I need my moneyIn my complaint ID ***, I forgot to include my Airfastticket booking number which is ***You might need to include that so they can identify me

The prices quoted on their website in Canada are ABSOLUTELY NOT quoted in American dollars. They are almost the same prices as quoted by Canadian firms. You only find out it is in American dollars when your charge card comes in with the exchange added on. ADVERTISING! They should be showing an American flag next to the price or state that the price will be in American funds

We have been in contact with *** *** directly and are working with her to help her in dealing with her credit card companyUnfortunately, *** *** was the victim of credit card fraud, and an authorized
purchase of an airline ticket was charged to her cardWe have provided *** *** with documentation demonstrating that someone else used her card to purchase the ticket so that she can have the charge removed from her account

The customer was issued a refund back to the credit card used to make the purchaseA $cancellation fee was charged per airline rulesThis fee is not a service fee charged by the company

you, as the owner, know that you are a US based businesspeople going online from other countries don't know that unless they go to your thick "terms and conditions" document, which no common person does it normallyyou are not being transparentyour price does not indicate if it is US $ or CAN$ or Aus$ or some other countries using $ as their currencywhy hide it inside your terms and conditions document and why not put beside the prices like other web based businesses? it is a simple thingif your are selling only in US and only to the US customers, then it might be ok, but when you open your business to outside the borders of USA, then you need be VERY CLEAR on prices - put the US $NOT JUST $
I was not confused, as you maintain, when I bought the ticketsas I said, I am a Canadian, buying from Canada, using Canadian airline, going from a Canadian destination to a Canadian destinationwhat do you expect from a customer like that?
If I don't get my refund, I will complain to the small court appeal system and then you have to respond there

any informationOne agent even told me if I will keep calling so many times I wont get anything for sure. Sincerely,*** ***

The customer's credit card was declined at the time of purchaseThus, the customer was never charged anything and no transaction was ever processedThe email the customer received was a booking
confirmation, which confirms the booking but also states that a follemail would be sent within hours to confirm the reservationSo this email referred to by the customer did not confirm that the reservation was processed and that credit card was chargedIn fact, the customer was also sent another email at the same time stating that the transaction was cancelled because there was a problem with the card
We are sorry for the inconvenience but there was never a charge to the credit card

We are sorry that customer booked a flight to the wrong airportHowever, flights are non-refundable by the airline, and there is nothing we can do once the ticket is purchased

Update 6/*/14; a week later after initial complaint
Dear Revdex.com,
My business complaint about airfasttickets was made on June *** You contacted the company (6/*) about my complaint a week ago now and I have yet to get any answers I did finally receive an email today 6/* from airfasttickets saying they sent a reminder email to the airline company (China Eastern Airlines) to respond to their email and that my booking is now officially "cancelled", however, still no end results concerning a refund
As expected, I did get more "action" with the company that same morning you contacted the business about my complaint than I had had in the three previous weeks I was contacting the business myself I got a personal email from an agent and a copy to an email they sent to China Eastern
*** ***, a representative from the company who is currently contacting me about this matter, said 6/* via email *** "To my opinion, you are entitled to a full refund However, if the airline does not grant one we will have to go according to fare rulesStill the amount received will be quite close to the one you have paid" What exactly does this mean? Will I get a refund then?
This "refund in question" issue has now entered its fourth week I just simply want to know if I am entitled to a refund due to the special circumstance of my cancelled trip (destination being Bangkok during a coup military takeover/ political unrest in the country) and the time frame in which I can expect to receive it The company continues to give me "wishy washy" to no answers on the subject

A confirmation email was sent twice to the email address provided by the customerWe then spoke to the customer inform her that the emails were sent and that her reservation was confirmed

"margin: 0in 0in 10pt;" class="MsoNormal">they sent a couple responses on their *** site that says "sorry for the problem, please contact us to get this resolved" signed with a first name but no phone number***They don't wanna talk just message back and forth The other persons complaining about this company get a very similar message and sometimes their return e-mails are not returned or take up to days to receive........very frustratingIf you go to their *** site you will see the frustration from customers and the
number of complaints from people who are dealing with themI'm sure they will never admit what they did to meI ended up buying tickets directly from the airlines.
In closing all they had to do was say "we can not honor the price of the tickets" that they published on their website and I would have understoodI still have a copy of the booking confirmation with a booking number but it made no difference since they cancelled it a day later without an explanation
