Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I am the person on the contractThe cancellation was sent and I did not get a notification on the name change until after I tried to cancel the contractThey have not honored their end of the agreement and because they did not honor their end of the contract the agreement is moot Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This business DID NOT offer to send me postage paid envelope, or postage paid anything for me to return the equipment In fact, when they told me I could send back the equipment I specifically inquired if I would have to pay the postage if I sent it back and I was told that I would have My response to that was that it was an unacceptable offer I am more than weary of this company giving information and not following through on multiple promisesMost importantly the promises that were made to me the day I allowed the manipulative salesman to come into my home After I assured him MULTIPLE times that I would not, under any circumstances, be able to afford the service, and after he managed (after wearing me down after hours) to again convince me to allow them to install it, that salesman GAVE ME HIS ABSOLUTE ASSURANCE that it would be simple to cancel Simply one phone call and there would be no questions asked In fact, that turned out to be farther from the truth than even my worst suspicions would have had me believe My reason for not setting up another retrieval appointment was because they had set up appointments in the past which they had not kept (much like they did not keep any promises made to me)This company truly is immoral, deceitful and certainly an example of the reason the Revdex.com is needed Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:My mother cannot afford to pay the monthly charge of $ [redacted] nor can she pay $ [redacted] ($less) per month with her fixed income and vital medical needsYou stated that "in all our correspondence the claim that the alarm went off multiple times for no reason was never brought up to us" by my mother nor I, her daughter Lucretia My mother has stated that every time she has communicated with any of your service representatives on the phone I have stated it multiple times as well; however, I have focused more on her financial and health status in conversation with your representatives the past months since I returned the system by certified mail to your address in Utah on February 9, and was signed received on February 11, My mother does not have the dates of the system going off for no reason, but it happened multiple times when she was not at home and the law enforcement went to her home on each of these alarms which is an inconvenience to them as well I apologize for questioning your license to sell in Alabama I was told by legal counsel that you did not have a license to sell at various times but was still selling After I received your last response yesterday I called the Electronic Alarm Board for Alabama, and they clarified that you have a license to sell I should have double checked that information myself before stating it, but I thought my resource was valid Ultimately, my mother desperately needs out of this contract with your company She can NOT afford to pay a monthly fee for this system for the next years, nor can I She must take care of her medical needs I hope you can understand her situation She has reached a point in her life where she can no longer work and is needing several surgeries With her limited income she only has the ability to pay necessities (utilities, food, etc.) and hopefully her medical expenses Sincerely, Lucretia S***

Thank you for contacting usIn a response to Ms [redacted] , I am showing that there has been a credit applied to her account for the time she called in letting us know that her smoke detector was having issues, which was in April and May 7th is when we were able to schedule technician out to replace the smoke detectorHowever, for the frustration it has made Ms [redacted] feel I am more than happy to offer free month to her account
